We needed a little getaway this winter and this house was perfect. This is by far, our favorite rental in Carolina Beach. We've stayed at many rentals in the past and this one provided way more than we are used to, which we loved. The location was great and the house itself was clean and well equipped. We will be back!!
We had such a great trip and we LOVE this house! We highly recommend. The outdoor space is so great, the house was well stocked, and everything was so clean!! Also, iTrip is so easy to communicate with, they answer so quick and are very detailed! Loved everything!!
This is a great property with so many great amenities! It was everything we wanted and more. We thoroughly enjoyed and will return! Thank you!
This house was the perfect location for our family vacation. Perfect size and close to many things to keep us busy and also relax!
The kitchen was well equipped the house was nice and clean there were several things that should be done to make this house a great Vaca house but overall it was a good house and good location
We are having a great time. We are enjoying the house and the pool. We really like that we are close to the beach. We have been coming here for 7 years now and this is a great house. Thank you for letting g us stay here.
I’ll be brief: it’s gross. Cockroaches in the bathrooms, standing water in the shower, flies that bite you by the pool. Sand in the sheets joins arrival, dirty pool, cardboard on the floor. Grill area is run down. Just not well loved. Not worth the money and absolutely won’t be staying with ITrip again.
Great place for multiple generation family vacation. Great location , well stock . Pool was perfect place to hang !
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dunetinnes. We love this house. It’s cozy and has plenty of room. The fact that we don’t have to bring down our own sheets and bath towels is a plus! We will definitely stay here again!
We loved the pool and the outdoor kitchen/recreational area was perfect for our family! This was our first time to Kure Beach and we enjoyed it. We wish we could have had more of an ocean view—It was just a small glimpse from the house front porch as it was on the second row. But it was a short walk to the beach and we found that to be pleasant. Thank you again for a great stay!!!!
Perfect location for making memories with family.
Our stay at Dunetinnes was amazing! The house was beautiful and cozy and in a perfect location. We were amazed at the array of amenities included with our stay, the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with a grill and fire pit table, games, books, and so much more! We will definitely stay at Dunetinnes again!
The house had everything you need for a perfect vacation. The location was excellent. The pool and hot tub were favorites. There is no need to bring a lot of extras with you!! They have it all.
My family had a great week at Dunetinnes last week. It was our first time booking through iTrip and our first time at this property. We were surprised at how many amenities this property had and how well-stocked everything was. We have been going to Kure Beach for 18 years and I can honestly say, this house had the most family friendly vibe. In our family we have parents in their 70s and the shaded outdoor space allowed them to enjoy the pool and outdoor fun while being shaded and cool. We were SO SHOCKED at the outdoor TV and fire pit table. I'm sure all this was in the description, but we were blown away when we arrived. ____Positives:__1. Outdoor spaces: front porch and back area were amazing! The fact that everything worked was a pleasant surprise. Most beach rentals have something broken that we learn to live with.__2. Over stocked kitchen! Plenty of plates, cups, mugs, silverware and bakeware -- more than anyone could possibly need.__3. Beds were already made and bathrooms came stocked with toilet paper and hand soap.__4. Kitchen welcome basket with paper towels, dish cloths, soap and scrubbers was AWESOME.__5. Beds were comfortable.__6. Beach towels provided!!!!!!! and good quality too. Even the bath towels were nice.__7. Tons of pool floats and patio chairs/loungers.__8. Lots of TVs!__9. The entertainment area in the basement was neat.__10. Hangers were left in the closets.
Location was great! The house was nice! Short walk to the beach and Ft. Fisher museum. The house had too much technology. Ceiling fans and light with remotes. Some didn't work. TVs had too many choices for streaming. Some were Roku and some Apple TV, couldn't get some to stream channels correctly. Took a while to find what switches turned different lights on and off, never found the switch for ine set of lights in the living room. One closet light came on at random times. Pool lights didn't work, so no night swimming unless you turned on the suoer bright floodlights. Grill didn't half work. The smaller grill was falling apart. Junk and trash lying around the pool area. Old deflated floatie things just thrown over in the corner. Old blue tarp covering something. Bucket full of water attracting mosquitoes. Old box spring lying against the fence. Fence lock on the outside of the fence, had to reach around to open it. Expected more for as much as we paid. We loved the house and the location but all the inconveniences were a little much.
We all arrived and had plenty of room for everyone. Having the towels and sheets provided is a plus beyond means. Access to beach was easy and very accommodating. The pool area was a welcome afternoon treat for us who did not want to go back to the beach.
House was great, close to beach. Only draw back the pool is old and small, but OK. Would stay here again...
Our stay was awesome. We were in Wilmington, for our oldest Grandson’s Graduation, our daughter and family live in Wilmington and have rented many places down at the beach over the years. I have to say I think this house was the best! Our son, his wife and two daughters, who live in Huntersville, NC came down and stayed with us. Also, our Son from Albany, NY, with his partner and their dog also joined us. We had a total of 6 adults and two children and had plenty of room for all of us.
Great location and the backyard is nice for dinners and drinks.
