Stayed Feb 1, 2020My husband and I stayed here for the Month of February 2020. We had a wonderful time and Brenda, the owner, makes the check in process easy and she is fast to respond to any question or concern. The house is well appointed (new cookware!), fenced in side yard, smart TV's, Wi-Fi and outdoor furniture. We are very familiar with this area and enjoy all that Dunedin has to offer. There were a few festivals during our stay, baseball games and even a parade just 2 blocks away. Very close to the Pinellas trail, short ride to Honeymoon Island or the causeway, Publix is less than 10 minutes, and of course many brewpubs, restaurants and unique shops. Best part is they are willing to allow your dog to enjoy the home also.
