The host was welcoming and responded to questions right away. The house is very nice and in a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to a beautiful beach and community. I highly recommend this place!

Great location in a cute town. Able to walk to the beach and restaurants. Larger towns with more shopping and dining options were a close drive away. I wish there were more space at the public beach access points, but we were always able to find a spot. The house itself was in great condition. Very clean and the check in and out process was super easy. Would recommend a golf cart if traveling with small children.

Wonderful property in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dune Our Thing The location was perfect—just a short bike ride/golf cart ride to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The house had plenty of room for our group to spread out and relax, which was a huge plus.When the balcony door from the master bedroom got stuck we reached out to the property manager. Communication with the property manager was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.We especially appreciated the bikes and basketball net/basketballs that were available—such a nice extra touch for families! Unfortunately, the basketballs were deflated and there weren’t other beach essentials like chairs or umbrellas to borrow, which would’ve made the beach days even easier.The only real downside was the cleanliness of the tub/showers, which could’ve used a bit more attention before our arrival.Overall, we had a great time and would consider staying again with just a few small improvements!

My group really enjoyed the stay. At first the check in process was a bit tedious and required additional agreement paperwork which almost prevented us from receiving the code upon arrival. However, after filling out the paperwork and signing it went well. The only other issue was there was not more than one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom which for a group of 7 staying multiple nights ran out before our departure. That being said, the home was very clean and was more than accommodating. The area was great and the beach was not crowded. Renting the golf cart was definitely the best move. As beach access is not a far walk but with beach chairs and cooler would be slightly uncomfortable of a walk, although doable. We will definitely be staying in the area again and would love to stay at this unit as my entire group thoroughly enjoyed it!

Home was clean and in a good location. Only issues were the bikes and some rowdy neighbors. 2/4 bikes were in rough shape. The kickstand rubbed on the back tire on one and the right pedal was messed up on another making both difficult to ride. Grill is low on propane as a heads up.

Just a bike ride away from restaurants and the public beach. Loved the quiet street and biking to Seaside with the kids.
