My family enjoyed our stay, it was warm and welcoming. The condo had ample space for visiting and socializing with family. Host very friendly and responsive with question and if help was needed.

We had the BEST Family vacation here on Oyster Lake - just short walking distance to an INCREDIBLE, beautiful beach. My grandkids and Adults loved the doc overlooking this beautiful vista of Lake Oyster - they went fishing off the doc and great place to take family photos. The house was very clean and just as advertised. The Garage housed all the beach needs (boogie boards, rafts, sand toys, umbrella, chairs and more). The lower level has an in-law suite that’s perfect for Grandmas & Grandpas - while the upstairs floors accommodated all the comforts of home. Well equipped kitchen and TVs for each everyone. You will love this place. Our favorite handout was Stinky’s. There’s a beautiful board walk and lake behind stinky’s where the kids went fishing - this vacation was the R&R we all needed! Thank you Vicky for extending your home to us for a GREAT Vacation.

This unit was neat, clean and perfect for our family holiday vacation. Location is great with just a short 5-7 min walk to the beach OR 2-3 min drive. Highly recommend!

The house was centrally located, beautiful, comfortable and large enough for our group. We enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood, to the beach and pool as well as the shops. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. The house was nice and in a good location. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend it!

My sister and I did what any vacation family planner does; reasearch the area and the previous comments from other people that have stayed at that location. The following are the facts: upon check-in we found that the unit was not cleaned properly. There was sand on all provided beach fun accessories. There was also a large amont of sand on the entry rug going into the house from the garage. There was trash on the second floor balcony. There was food crumbs in the chair n the 3rd floor MB and food stains on the rug in the 3rd floor MB and some red stains (maybe blood) on the side of the bath tub in the the 3rd foor MB. There was also a broken pocket door in the 2nd floor bedroom and a broken spindle on the 2nd floor balcony. We checed in on a Sunday so none of these issues could be addressed until the next business day. I sent an email upon checking in with pictures of my concerns. Monday morning I was contacted and was notified that maintenance would come to fix the door and spindle. On Monday I was contacted and asked if an Appraiser could come out around lunch time the following day; since the unit was on the market I agreeed on 1 condition, that I would be contacted with a more definite time because we had a 2 yr old that naps around lunch time. There were 3 different inspections performed. The time-frame for this happening was 11:45am - 3pm. I contacted the office an expressed my frustration with the lack of professionalism and communication . I will leave out some of f

Communications with the property manager and check in went very smooth. The house is beautiful and in a great location; realtive to the beach access.

The location was excellent. We rented a golf cart to make the beach trek easier. (6 adults 2 smaller kids in addition to chairs and umbrellas). We had plenty of room in the beach house . We had a minor inconvenience but it was taken care of. Great restaurants close by. We had a blast at Stinky’s fish camp. The beach was not overloaded . We’ll definitely be back !

Our visit was made perfect by our stay at Dune Breeze! The home is beautifully appointed and amazingly situated, a short walk to the beach and easy driving access to wonderful shops and restaurants. We can't wait to return!
