DULUTH LAKE HOME GREAT FAMILY GATHERING ON BEAUTIFUL LAKE INCLUDING A DOCK.

This location and the home fit our needs perfectly! We had a local wedding and we were sharing the home with the bride’s parents, so it was refreshing to have a beautiful home to wind down after 2 full days. Jerry was so helpful and informative with all my questions and I really felt he gave a sincere personal touch with his kindness. We also loved that right around the corner was a little bar with live music. We stopped by on our way home the first night and enjoyed really good acoustic music. As music lovers, that was just an extra sweet treat.

I loved that they had everything we need, such as full kitchen, spices, cooking spray, etc. I also appreciated the little extras like make up remover wipes, soap and body wash, charcoal for the grill.

We had a good time at this property. Got beautiful views of the sky in the morning and at night from the upstairs master window. It was clean, and quiet, plenty of towels and stuff in the kitchen. Plenty of seating, and has a 3 season room for even more seating! We had no issues while staying there, tho the host was very personable, and said he would take care of any issues. If you're in the area, give it a try! Very peaceful.

The property was great, i used the kayak and the step daughters and grandkids used them also.Sitting on the dock with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise was a great way to start the day.Everything we needed was there for cooking.The directions were great.The beds were comfortable.

The host were really kind and helpful when our fishing charter was canceled due to weather. Communication was great! The photos in the listing are not the same. The furniture and decor when you check in are completely different. The table and chairs somehow got more dated. There is a very powerful mildew/mold smell in rec room, we made sure to keep it closed and to get allergy meds to help with the reaction and it was ok. There is also a large soft spot on the floor by bathroom we sat something across as to not step on it. It is very dated. I would not have booked for that price if the photos were current. Location was great, neighbors were very kind. Again host was very nice as well. We did not bring any of the issues up to him because its nothing they xould have changed during our stay and we we were only staying 2 quick night.

Tidy lake property just outside Hermantown. Great for day-trips to Duluth or North-Shore sites.

We were a bit dissapointed with the home as it was a bit dirty outside and the windows were nasty. The lawn needed to be mowed. There was a giant hair ball in the upstairs shower drain. Ugh. The home needed a complete cleaning. Other than that it was a good place.

Host was friendly and answered questions promptly, house was clean and ready for use, no issues. Definitely recommend this host and property would stay here again

Great home for a family, beautiful view. The owner was very attentive and considerate.

We had a great stay! The cabin was perfect for our family - my husband, myself, and our four boys. Our boys fished off the dock, and we loved using the paddle boat and canoe to fish in the cove as well. We rented a boat one day from one of the resorts on the lake, and there are two restaurants just a few minutes away that were very convenient. We loved the location. Also good for visiting some state parks and Duluth. It had everything we needed and a few things we forgot.

We had a wonderful weekend at this fish lake cabin. Jerry was very attentive when we had a sink that wasn’t draining. The cabin is quite dated but very clean and a great space for a large group. There is however, only one bathroom with a shower, the other one only has a tub. There are a lot of stairs for anybody that has difficulty with stairs. And it is a fairly hilly walk down to the dock. There is not great swimming off the dock because of a large amount of weeds. Kitchen was well stocked. They provided beach towels, which was nice. The air conditioning was outstanding. Overall we had a great experience.

Had a great time. Host was responsive and helpful. House was clean and as expected per listing. The house set up worked well for our group with 4 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. We had plenty of space. Nice view of the lake. The bar down the road had live music, it was perfect for us to have a fire and we were able to enjoy the music at the cabin. We rented a pontoon from Hi Banks and went frishing and swimming. We caught lots of large crappies. Pontoon rental was super close to the cabin. Thank you for renting out your place to us.

Overall, the property matches the description very well and the owner was very considerate and helpful. Very nice fishing off the dock for smaller kids. They caught blue gills and perch virtually non-stop. Sounds like you can catch larger fish during the spring and fall when the water is colder in the shallow area if you don't want to use the canoe to get out to deeper water.

The host went above and beyond to help us out if a tough spot. Always was available if we needed something.

Beautiful lake to kayak and canoe on. Close enough to Duluth and beaches to go outings. Was very relaxing and quiet. Great view! House was very well stocked.

Nice location with easy access to Duluth and Hermantown!

We rented here so we could escape the crowds before and after our son ran the marathon. It was a perfect place to do just that.

We had every nice stay at the house. The view out the big windows was amazing. The owners had charcoal available for the grill. The light switches were labeled for easy use. The house was clean.

We had a relaxing long weekend with plenty of room to stretch out - comfy accommodations and an easy trip to the North Shore or Downtown Duluth. We love that it's dog friendly! There are a lot of steps - so if you have limited mobility, this may not be the place for you.

Place was well stocked with needed supplies and overall nice. I would gladly stay again. The host keep me informed and offered advice about the area and things to do.

My family and I checked in for the weekend. If you are an outdoors person, love the water, love the outdoors this place is for you!!!! The hosts were helpful and nice to work with. Thank you for the hospitality!

This was a great and comfortable place for our family. We really enjoyed the stay. We did some paddle boating, went to Duluth, drove up the north shore and just hung out around the cabin. We would rent it again.

The lake house is the perfect landing spot for a Duluth vacation! The kids enjoyed the paddle boat, kayak, and canoe. They also enjoyed fishing from the dock. So many activities were within a 30 minute drive. The house is well equipped and the host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

A great place to stay! The living room and upstairs bedroom are very spacious. The screened porch was a nice additional space. We had 4 adults but there was room for twice that many. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful and safe. The house was stocked with absolutely everything you might need. Would definitely stay again!

My family with 3 dogs spent 10 days in this beautiful home . House has everything we needed and very convenient located - close to shops and restaurants. Very nice and friendly neighborhood ! Although neighboring houses are quite close . . Not so much privacy . Boat rent was easy and price is very reasonable. Overall it was. Wonderful vacation / I can really recommend this place !

My family enjoyed tremendously this beautiful property. I had my grandparents visiting and the accommodations helped them feel really comfortable. The house has different social areas that are well-suited for family gatherings and create unique and relaxing environments. The house is well-equipped with all necesary kitchen items, so cooking was really enjoyable. Last but not least, Gerald was very friendly and his communication was effective. I felt he was available for any inquiry. I highly recommend this property.
