Guests are welcome to use the Tesla Charger located in the driveway.
Whole house generator will automatically turn on during a power outage.
Fireplace is gas, no wood necessary.
12 cup Drip coffee maker, bean grinder and electric tea kettle available for guest use (coffee not supplied)
Pool is heated via solar during summer months. Winter heating is possible, additional fees apply.

Property has a small gym above the garage equipped with weights, rower, treadmill, stationary bike plus a Queen Murphy bed, Toilet, sink, Shower and small kitchenette.
