The guest house within the property premises is not part of the rental. All amenities within the main home remain fully available for your stay.

Occasionally, a Land Rover may be left parked in the carport. This is the vehicle of the owner of the home, and is not for guest use. The owner will not intrude on guests' privacy when accessing their vehicle.


PETS ALLOWED
Our pet fee is $350 per stay (charged at check-out) and covers up to 2 dogs with a combined maximum weight of 100 lbs. The fee goes directly to the cleaner for the additional work required after a pet stay. Pets are strictly prohibited on beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, and in spa facilities.

PRIVACY
Landscaping is performed in this Wander home bi-weekly or monthly depending on the season.

AMENITY ADVISORY
By design, this home features expansive windows with minimal coverings to highlight its architecture and surrounding views. Most windows do not have blinds or curtains, so interior spaces are open to the outdoors, especially after dark. If privacy or light control is important to your stay, please keep this in mind when booking.
