Stayed Dec 23, 2025Comfortable, updated and well-maintained home in the heart of Dripping Springs. Perfect for our extended stay while visiting family over the holidays. Our dog enjoyed the huge, fenced-in back yard. And our grandson had fun baking and decorating cookies in the spacious kitchen/dining room. Whitney was very fast and helpful answering our questions.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025Great location and property was in good condition. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the neighborhood. Decor was very cute!Would recommend bringing a sound machine. Neighbors dogs began barking after 1 am and were off and on barking thereafter.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025This is our second time visiting Dripping Springs. This house was perfect for what we needed. Super close to various local places and close enough to visit Wimberley. The large backyard allowed our dog to run around freely and the house itself felt cozy and comfy.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025We love the Hill Country and enjoyed our quick visit while our children were out of school. Property is just as described and was perfect for our needs. James and Whitney are thoughtful and attentive hosts. We have two children and one dog and had plenty of room for the kids to play and my husband was able to work from home as needed. We will recommend this property to anyone we know visiting Dripping Springs in the future!

Stayed Dec 30, 2024We enjoyed our stay in Dripping Springs. The house has a great location. It was less than a mile to the downtown area. It was an easy drive to get to wineries and parks and other Hill country cities. The house had everything we need. A great space for six people.

Stayed Nov 21, 2024This home is very centrally located in Dripping Springs. Just off hwy 290 for visits to Austin. Very close to the HEB grocery store, restaurants and breweries. There is plenty of room for a family but spacious for a couple. Fenced yard and privacy. This home is on a neighborhood in Dripping Springs. The host, James was quick to communicate.and very helpful. a fenced yard.wad a wonderful visit!
