Stayed Aug 1, 2025We were a group of 9 who have been friends for nearly 15 years who do a trip to hampton every summer and this cottage was our best stay in our 7 years doing the trip. Having the whole facility and property was great. Clean, spacious, great front porch and back deck, plenty of parking, comfortable beds and a great location. Only thing is there is no grill, so plan meals accordingly. The property had chairs, wagons and umbrellas available along with towels for the beach and showers which was truly fantastic! Highly recommend this property!
