Accommodations:
Driftwood Cottage is a two-level home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, anda full-size futon that can be converted into a bed upon request, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom boasts a spacious King bed, while the two additional bedrooms offer Queen beds. Each bed includes fluffy pillows, cozy comforters, and soft, luxurious linens. Extra pillows are available on site. The primary bedroom and one of the other bedrooms are equipped with Roku TVs with Netflix access, or visitors can log into their own streaming accounts.

Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and additional linens for your convenience.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, cooking and dining utensils, and a Nespresso bar (pods included) alongside a drip coffee maker and tea options.

Entertainment:
Enjoy an open-concept living room upstairs with a Roku TV, or venture downstairs to the basement theater room equipped with a projector, a 120 screen, sound bar, popcorn station, wood stove, poker chip set, and a selection of board games. There are also foosball and ping pong tables for added entertainment.

Amenities for Babies:
Traveling with little ones has never been easier! On site amenities include a fold out mini crib with a mattress and sheets, sound machine, baby gate, non Wi-Fi video/sound baby monitor, high chair, and baby dinnerware.

Step onto the covered front porch with a swing, relax in the private 4-person hot tub, dine al fresco in the outdoor dining area, unwind in the lounge area, or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.

Driftwood Cottage is conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Fayetteville and the U of A, or a short walk or 2-minute drive to Beaver Lake access for water-based activities.

Stay connected with high-speed WiFi available throughout the property, and utilize the HDMI hookup in the theater room by bringing your own gaming systems.

Convenience:
Laundry facilities with washer and dryer are available for your use.

Other things to note
Please be aware that the final stretch of the journey to Driftwood Cottage entails navigating a 0.25-mile dirt road. This road can be quite rocky, so caution is advised for vehicles with very low clearance.

For the security and safety of our guests and the property, we have installed a doorbell camera by the front door and an external security camera that overlooks the back deck.
