Easy walk to Patton Beach, Magic Carpet mini golf, Garwoods, etc.East access to north shore and west shore. We explored places we hadn’t been before.The rental had everything we needed. Wish we had more time to use the amenities which were great! We just had too many other things to do. Could see tweens and teens really enjoying these on their own.Overall this was great and as expected, really no complaints.A few suggestions for owners...-The king mattress really sinks on both sides so a new mattress is probably in order. -The stair railings were a bit wobbly so might need to be secured.-We had some trouble with the tvs and accessing what we wanted to watch. (It just wasn’t super clear so some in-unit tv instructions would have helped.)-We brought bikes and really had no place to store them. (We wound up just locking them to entryway railing, but might want to add info for bikes to the listing.)Again these are just suggestions. The unit was represented well and met our expectations for the most part. Thanks for a great week!

Overall very good quality for the price. Positives: Very Efficient floor plan; Well equipped modern kitchen; 3 TVs; Loft Sofa bed works well if you need add two people; very quiet; good shower.Negatives: Tiny bedroom and closet; Uneven heat distribution...bedroom hot family room is cold; Bed mattress is uncomfortable; no dining table eat at bar only.

Only downside was no AC but cooler temps at night helped. Would stay here again.

Property was fine but could use new fitted sheets and the sliding door is very hard to move. 10 am is an early time to check out when on vacation. The BBQ takes up too much room on the small deck. It could probably be removed since you can't use it. Just some thoughts, otherwise our stay was quiet, beautiful blue sky and close to lots of sights.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved having their own area in the loft, and the surrounding outdoor area was perfect for snow play.

The kitchen was very well equipped! Besides bed that is where I spent most of my time after getting back from the mountain. Bed was comfortable. The biggest issue is the hot water tank depleted very quickly. 5 min of hot shower and the temperature drops quickly after that. If you had a family all needing a shower they would need to space their showers out. Other than that it was a nice place. I would also point out that it is not as close to the lake as it seemed like it would be. Its a good 1/4 mi walk and across the street to lakefront. Evenstill i would stay here again. It was the best price available for the amenities i could find.

One thing to be aware of is the uphill walk from parking lot is rough and uneven and could be an issue for those with mobility problems. We enjoyed our stay and it was just minutes from the wedding we were attending.
