*This one-story home is open and airy with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area with additional seating at the bar.

*A spacious living area with plenty of seating for everyone to gather around to watch a movie or sports game.

*Drift Away Shores can accommodate up to 10 guests (8 adults max). It has 3 king bedrooms, 2 with ensuite baths and one sharing a jack and jill bath. The 4th bedroom has a twin over twin bunk and a queen bed also sharing the jack and jill bathroom. All bedrooms have smart tv`s and have closets and dressers for all your personal items.

*YouTube TV and high-speed internet are provided.

*All TV`s equipped with your favorite streaming apps also (just bring your own passwords).

*Get all your beach clothes washed in the laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

*Enjoy sitting outside and relaxing on either of our 2 decks with a view of Mobile Bay on one deck and the ocean on the other!

*Due to the proximity to the beach, the house is on stilts, so there are stairs to get into the house (once in the house, there are no stairs).

*Under the house is a cool, lighted area with a new outdoor Tiki Bar, charcoal grill, TV/Games and plenty of outdoor seating for fun times with family & friends rain or shine! (BYO bartender, drinks and ice!)

*In a locked closet under the house (the code is the same as house entry code), are beach items for your use! No need to pack those bulky items! Provided are beach towels, a beach cart to bring down to the water with beach toys for the little ones, boogie boards to ride the waves and beach chairs to soak in the sun! Challenge your family to a game of tennis or basketball with provided racquets and balls for your use!

Make yourself at home!! You have the entire house to yourself except the 2 locked owner’s closets off the dining area.

Drift Away Shores is managed professionally by me and not a property manager. I do not live close to the property, but I am available should any questions or issues arise. For any issues/questions that come up please message me. Unless there is an emergency, I am available from 8am-8pm daily and will be happy to assist you.

This beach house is located in quiet and relaxing Fort Morgan in Heritage Shores community. Perfect for families to enjoy time together on the uncrowded white, sand beach just a 1 min walk away!
Or enjoy all the resort amenities including 2 pools, tennis court, basketball hoops, ping pong, foosball and cornhole.

There is ample parking on site in the front and back driveways for 5-6 vehicles total. There is absolutely no street parking allowed in the community. Please be mindful of others in the community and only park in house driveway. Please do not park under the house.
Welcome to Drift Away Shores! To ensure your stay is 5-star quality (and for those after you) we ask that our house and its contents be respected throughout your visit. Accidents happen, and if they do, please notify us immediately. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues during your stay, we will do everything we can to address them accordingly, as soon as possible, but please remember that you are renting a house so there are no on-site maintenance personnel.

To provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone there are a few house rules that must be adhered to (by confirming your booking you agree to abide by these rules).

#1 - Check-in is after 4pm.
We cannot accommodate for any early check-in`s to allow our cleaners ample time to provide you with a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized cabin.

#2 - Check-out is 10am.
Our cleaners need time to get the cabin cleaned and ready before the next guests arrive. Please be respectful of our cleaners and vacate the property on time. Any late departures will incur a $100/hr charge.

#3 - The individual making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. You may not book on behalf of someone else, and valid identification will be required for verification.

#4 - There is a strict 10-person maximum (8 adults max) occupancy. If you arrive with more guests than listed on your reservation, you will incur a $100 penalty fee for each unauthorized person.

#5 - Pets are allowed (max 2) with a $300 non-refundable pet fee and with owner discretion. They must leashed when outside of the house, at all times. Be courteous and keep our community clean, please pick up after your pet. NO pets allowed on the furniture or beds. There is a pet blanket in the cabinet above the washer/dryer for your pet to lay on for comfort. Please wash after use for the next guest. There are also food and water bowls in the same cabinet for your use. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time. If they are left home alone they must be crated. I appreciate your cooperation with this.

#6 - This is not a party house. Absolutely no parties, events, loud music at any time. The cabin is in a closely populated neighborhood. Please be respectful of others around you and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

#7 - Absolutely NO Smoking, Vaping, Drugs of any kind in the house! If you absolutely must smoke, please do so outside the house and use the ash bucket provided (by the grill) to keep the property and environment clean. If evidence of smoking is found in the house, you will be charged $750.

#8 - Reminders – NO DRAWING ON PROPERTY SURFACES / NO GLITTER / NO DYE:

Please do not use crayons, sidewalk chalk, markers, paint, or similar materials on the driveway, cement, patios, walls, floors, furniture, or any part of the home or property. Any staining, markings, or damage requiring extra cleaning or repairs will be charged to the guest.

Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sinks, floors, carpets, bedding, towels, or other surfaces.

#9 - Absolutely no fireworks or ATV`s in the community. It is illegal on the beach too!

#10 - There are 3 cameras on the exterior of the property for your protection. There is one at each door and one on the underpinning of the house. If you touch or tamper with any security devices you will be asked to leave immediately.

#11 - Absolutely no fires of any kind on the premises (including candles). Unauthorized fires will be charged $100 plus any additional damages. Please use the charcoal grill provided for barbequing (must bring your own charcoal). Please do not grill under the house or on the deck at any time. Move the grill to the sandy area only in the back of the house before using and return to the area under the house when finished.

#12 - Please note that I adhere to the cancellation policy and do not offer refunds or date exchanges due to illness, weather, power outages, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control, except in cases of a formal evacuation issued by local authorities. I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your peace of mind. June 1 - November 30 is hurricane season.

#13 - Please do not rearrange any furniture in any room or deck. There are 2 locked owners closets in the house. Please DO NOT tamper with or try to unlock these closets at any time. If damage or tampering has been found legal action will be taken.

#14 - Trash - There are 3 garbage bins, located under the house, for your use. Please do not throw trash over any deck or balcony as, aside from destroying the property and blowing into other yards, will attract bugs and animals. Please use the trash cans in the house and when full put the bag in the bins under the house. Please DO NOT put the trash bags on top or outside of the bins.
Trash pick-up is Wednesdays and Saturdays from March - Labor Day and Mondays and Thursdays from September - February. Because trash pickups are only twice weekly, you may arrive with trash bags in the bins outside. You need not worry about the trash pick-up on your vacation, however, as I have a service that will take care of bringing the bins out to the road the night before and returning them under the house after pickup.

    Property is the nicest beach house we have ever rented! Lots of beach chairs, wagon, bath & beach towels all included. Everything is updated and super clean. Teens loved the rec area setup under the house in the evenings. Robyn is a fantastic host with excellent communication. Look forward to staying again in the future!

    The house was perfect, clean and a very short walk to the beach. There is a wagon and chairs available which made it easy to take to the beach. The house was very relaxing, yet had plenty of room and activities to do downstairs. Communication was super easy and always quick. We loved that Christmas decorations were up when we got there. It added an extra element to our stay. This house was perfect for all ages as we had 50's,30's, 20's and 12 and under in our group. It is just a short drive to Ft. Morgan historical site which we all enjoyed very much. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

    We had three sets of our family meet at this house and it was perfect. It’s ideal for blended family stays. It was great to have access to both the beach and the pool. We had one AC issue but Robyn took care of it so quickly that it wasn’t a major problem at all. We would recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be back!
