Dreamy Townhome - Cozy Vibe - Mins to Broadway!

We really enjoyed this location, especially since we were in town from some Nashville SC action. You can literally see the Stadium from the kitchen! Really big townhouse, clean, modern, great for families or a group of friends. But what really made this special was the service we received. We had booked another place and they cancelled at the last minute. The owners of this rental responded so quickly, really saving our Nashville trip! Thank you Lacey, you rock!

Wonderful girls weekend in Nashville. This location is close to everything and we always felt safe in the area. Owners very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again when we come back to Nashville! Can’t say enough about the property and the owners!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property during our girls weekend in Nashville. The house was clean and beautiful and the beds were so incredibly comfortable! The couch was another extremely comfortable spot in the house :) Lacey is super sweet and helpful. First and foremost, Lacey was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was acutely available to answer any and all questions from the booking process, through the entire stay. I booked this property due to its close proximity to the downtown area. It is beyond convenient. Albeit, staying closer to Broadway and the strip may be enticing to you. Just be reminded that you can't escape the louder atmosphere. This property provides you the comfort of an incredibly safe, quiet area to rest when rest is both warranted and needed. While the pictures on the website were quite appealing, the property is even better in person! Bedding was better than a luxury hotel and candidly, I have traveled extensively around the globe for work and would rent this condo in any other location. More than enough towels, basic toiletries, etc. There is only one small suggestion I may make and it is quite small. Add an additional TV. Finally, the cost makes this property a virtual no brainer if your looking for the most benefit for your money! It is rare to find a property with so much space, clean, en suite bathrooms, laundry facilities, full kitchen with utensils, two car garage, etc. I will reach out to Lacey again in the future!!!

Basic but nicely kept property, includes a 3 story stairmaster. Lot of stairclimbing, but overall, quiet neighborhood, if you aren't there during the race car activities next door at the track, which at times were kind of deafening (keep the windows closed). It was a great stay and Lacey was always very responsive and a wonderful host! Would definitely come back !

Derek and Lacey’s place was just wonderful! The beds were so comfortable and everything was so easy. The open living space was great to entertain and have everyone together even in a large group of 9! The monthly flea market was happening over the weekend that we were there and it is within walking distance so it was a nice little walk to go see all of the treasures. I would 100% recommend Heiar livin!

We loved this house! We were 8 Canadian girls visiting Nashville for 4 days/nights and this house suited us perfectly! Plenty of space for everyone, we loved the layout, the kitchen and all the amenities. The house was stocked with everything we needed, was exceptionally clean and tidy and Lacey was fantastic to deal with, very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend Lacey and this house and we hope to be back to visit again!

Lacey was so accommodating! She's easy to get a hold of and super nice! The house is brand new and gorgeous! There were 4 of us traveling for work and it was the perfect end to our trip. We could not have been happier with the house or Lacey!
