Dreamful Lake House. Amazing Waterfront delight.

The home was great and location was close to everything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The host was very helpful and very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. The house was in excellent condition and nicely located to any part of Melbourne. I would definitely stay there again.

Located on a quiet street, felt safe and peaceful. Close to everything and a quick 20 minute drive to the USSSA Space Coast Complex for our baseball tournament. The house was well kept, bedding was super soft, pool table was a Huge hit with my teen son, lake views while drinking coffee in the mornings can't be beat - lots of shade and a cool breeze until mid-morning! The weather wasn't the best so we really didn't get the most out of being able to fish or kayak but everything is there for you. Marina was very responsive to messages and questions. Overall great experience!

The house and surrounding property was very nice, with the backyard lake access, shade trees, and available kayaks making it a great place to relax outside. The accommodations inside were exactly as shown, recently updated with premium items, and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the ceiling fans throughout the house, and adequate closet space, too. The pool table was a very nice addition. All the kitchen appliances were new, and plenty of dishes and cookware. The house is located very near everything you could possibly want for shopping, restaurants, as well as spending a day at the beaches. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here, and wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again if we return to the Melbourne area!

We enjoyed our February stay at 2265 Lakeview very much. The house had been remodeled and was very attractive and very well outfitted in the kitchen and baths. This is a good location relative to shopping needs (get a city map if not familiar with the city of Melbourne). My husband found golfing opportunities at several nearby public courses and we especially enjoyed visiting Wickham Park about three miles from this house. Also, lots of good restaurants in the area and easy access to the beaches. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs and helped to insure our stay was pleasant.

This house was perfect for our trip. We had a fun time playing pool, cooking in the kitchen, and sitting out back looking at the water and all the birds. The owner was super nice and responded very quickly to my questions and concerns. Highly recommend staying here if you’re going to be in the area.

Property owner should state that they don’t want the air conditioner turned below 70 continually moved air temp to 75 remotely

We had a wonderful stay. This was a great home away from home. Lots of great amenities. Property was very clean and maintained well. The backyard views of the lake were very enjoyable and calming. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable!
