Dream Villa Near Disney w/ Social Media BR, Movie Theater, Arcade & Spa Pool

The residance was in greaty shape, and plenty of space and activities for all ages. Each family was able to have a designated area of the house for sleeping and bathing. Staff responded in a quick professional manner for any of our needs. Great location for the parks, and children enjoyed the spash pad and pool in the resort.

3 adults and 4 kids looking to escape the snow/cold and enjoy a pool and hot tub. We paid the extra for heated pool/spa and was told the pool would be 86 and spa 104. I inquired 2 days before to make sure that would be the temp upon arrival. They assured us it would be. The pool eventually got a little warmer (not sure the temp) after 3 or 4 days. The hot tub NEVER got hot. It kept completely draining itself and filling back up. We kept calling and getting the run around and we eventually gave up. It was disappointing to see the people staying a few weeks prior had the same issue so obviously it wasnt fixed. A reimbursement of more than just the pool heat would be appropriate. Our trip was about family time and relaxing at the house with the heated pool/spa. With the weather only in the 70s, no heat was a complete bummer.

House was great for our large family/friend group staying for my daughter’s wedding. My only issue was when the hot tub and pool heat quit working on day two we got the complete run around! Hot tub drained itself and was unusable and the pool was too cold to be used! Very disappointing when I paid extra for heat. Yes they refunded the charge after I requested it, but that’s not the point! Two of the main features could not be used. Also to note, very odd that you are asked to place your trash out front in a tiny box that barely fits one bag. Obviously a home of that size produces multiple bags of trash per day.

The ultimate experience of staying at a splendid villa nestled in an unbeatable location. With its charming ambiance and convenient proximity to all the attractions, I will rate this as 10 out of 10.

Roomy, clean and full of entertainment. We have rented properties in the past, but this was the best by a mile. Extremely pleased.

The house was just as described in the listing....Better if that is possible. Plenty of activities to entertain all 9 teenagers and their parents. We loved the theater room, gaming consoles, giant scrabble and pool. The amenities on the property were great too....large community pool, athletic fields and courts, gym, walking paths and restaurant. Never heard the words I'm bored. The location was convenient to amusement parks, shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend the property and would book a gain in a heart beat!

This house was so cool! The rooms are huge and having a walk-in shower felt super luxurious! Since we wanted to be safe and not travel around in public, we mostly stayed in the home and trust me, it definitely wasn't a bad idea! We had our groceries delivered right to the door, spent days and nights in the pool and movie theater, and every room had it's own TV with streaming options. We were never bored and had a wonderful time. I'm already planning to reserve the home again!

Amazing space with a very responsive host! I've had issues before where I would contact a host and not hear back for several days. The host at Villatel answered me the same day, usually within the same hour! The house has so many rooms for my 7 member family that everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. No more fighting for space between my teenagers lol. We just rebooked another home with Villatel for the holidays. We can't wait to come back!

Super huge house and very very clean! My family had a great time here. Kids loved the games and pool. They also had a ton of fun at the resort clubhouse (especially the lazy river lol). This house was a blessing to book since we all need a break from everything. I will definitely return next summer when the kids are out of school or remote learning or whatever we're all doing by that time lol!!!

Not very clean. People staying in the house next to us had so many people, and they were super loud. During the day I don’t mind, but at 2:00 a.m. it sucks. My daughter got some glass in her foot from out back at the pool on day one. Lots of hair and other peoples finger or toe nails around the house. Could of been cleaned better. When we first pulled up there was bags of trash on the trash bin by the front door. There wasn’t toilet paper in all the bathrooms, but that wasn’t a big deal. This house has so many fun things to do. Just wish it would have been cleaner. It took forever to get in. Having things delivered was a hassle. I guess they can’t control who is staying in other houses. I think the house next to us had 25 or more people. Playing loud music at 2:00 a.m. Cars parked all over the street. Making it hard to get out of driveway. I love the idea of this home, but for the money I would stay somewhere else.
