Dream Townhome at Windsor at Westside

Overall our stay was good. The size of the home was great for our family. We were there for two weeks so it was nice to have some space and the second living area upstairs was a bonus. The good things: Size of house, spacious living room area, in house laundry facilities, the community pool was a hit with our teenagers, the pool in the backyard was a bonus but it was too cold for us to use this time of year. The things that could be better: the bathrooms upstairs are very dated, the ensuite shower door is about to fall off, the floors were filthy (after a few hours my daughters white socks were black on the bottom) so we mopped them ourselves, we had issues with missing some basic items for the kitchen like bowls and cutlery (but to their credit, the management company responded quickly and went out and bought new stuff and delivered it), the dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes properly and was growing mold in it. Also be aware that there is only one ‘parking spot’ at the back of the house where you parallel park along the walkway/driveway, as do all the neighbours around you. We had issues with people parking in our spot twice. Once it was the next door neighbour who moved his truck but on New Year’s Eve we came back at 1am to a car in our spot and had to knock on neighbours doors and still couldn’t find the person. We had to call security and they came and towed the car. It was a good stay but all in all there were a few areas for improvement

This property is just as pictured. It is a short walk to the resort area which was nice, but we didn't have much time to spend there. It was supplied with plenty of dishes, pans, paper towels and toilet paper. My only suggestion would be to have some information in the home about the area and how the TV system works. We never had to wait to get inside the gate which was nice.

Great location and very quiet and comfortable. WiFi was spotty and entry gates were not working well.

We loved our stay! There were a few things that weren't working (ice maker, outlets in MB, kids games in garage) but the owner sent someone out right away to fix and was very attentive to correspondence. The resort amenities were great, pool was heated, and it was only about 20 mins from Disney! We'd definitely stay again!

This place was just like it looked online. The whole place including the outdoor bathroom were very clean. It was great having both a private pool and the resort pool. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We couldn’t find any local channels with the TV and couldn’t find any football games but it might be because there were no instructions on the TV with a list of channels. Internet was not reliable but that could happen anytime anywhere. This condo was a short walk to the resort which was nice.

This was the perfect vacation property for my family!

Our family enjoyed our stay. One issue was that we didn’t have any extra tissue or toilet paper. We had to go out and buy our own. Another issue was the check out time originally said 11 when we booked the reservation but for some reason it changed when we received the rules before check in to 10 AM.

The place was just as pictured. The pool in the back was perfect size and temperature to relax. The location was close to anything we needed. I would definitely rent again if we return to this area!

My family and my brothers family came down with the kids and it was amazing. The house was amazing the space was amazing the pool was clean and amazing; I truly can say the stay was everything!! The neighborhood was nice quiet and the other residents were nice as well. The clubhouse staff was nice and welcoming. The only thing I would say is the starter kit should be more there shoulder be at least 3 extra trash bags, dish detergent, soap thanks of that nature. Other then that everything was 10 starts. Thanks again Ms Ana for your time and allowing my family and I to stay at your property. We will definitely be booing again really soon.
