Just a short drive from the stunning Cathedral city of Lincoln, the barn is designed with raised beds and feature lighting to give a warm welcome when enjoying an evening drink with family and friends outdoors. Your private country-style garden has south, east and west aspects, giving you ample opportunity to enjoy the sunshine. The hot tub and heated outdoor shower offer views across your large, private garden, overlooking the lake and its wildlife. When you feel like eating outside try outthe large barbecue and have meals at the rustic dining table on the patio. In this barn we welcome pets taking a holiday.

The inside of the barn is contemporary, spacious and beautifully designed. The ground floor is open-plan with a well-stocked kitchen, large dining table and a deep, comfortable seating area overlooking your garden and hot tub. The underfloor heating ensures you will be warm and cosy throughout your stay. There are two double bedrooms, both on the ground floor and individually styled. Both of the bedrooms are en suite and there is a separate wc downstairs. We are a family enterprise and take a pride in making our guests welcome. We live nearby and are here to greet you on arrival and answer any queries during your stay.
