The beds were older and uncomfortable; the chairs were wobbly - one was missing a rung and another the rungs were hanging loose. The house was superficially clean, but there was so much crud built up on the stove burners that one started to flame (it is an electric stove). The house itself has a great lay-out, but it really needs to be deep cleaned and some furniture replaced. The owner seemed to be very responsive to my feedback during our stay, so hopefully this will be corrected soon.
I was very please with my stay here. This was my first time booking a vrbo but it definitely will not be my last
Townhouse was clean and accurate to the listing. Parking was in front of townhome. Property owner messaged us while there to check on us which was nice. Unit was only a short walk to Rupp arena!
Clean and spacious property close to a lot of places we enjoyed walking to get lunch and back
We stayed with our son and daughter-in-law, everything was as advertised. We were please with the location, cleanliness and responsiveness.
The property is centrally located and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating. They made some great suggestions as to where to eat and what to do. Would definitely stay there again.
It was kind of deceiving from the pictures on the website. When we got there immediately, the door knob on the bathroom was falling off. My husband put it back on and the railing going up stairs is very loose and we had two people that needed to hold on to it to go up the stairs. The refrigerator handle is about to fall off. Couch and chairs are so wore out that you sink to the floor when you sit on them two of the people has had back surgery and was unable to sit on the couch or chairs had to sit in a straight chair the whole weekend. When you sit on the couch, it’s very hard to get up out of a hole and in the chair this very same way. The bedroom at the top of the stairs. The door facing is broken. The door cannot be locked. There’s a wall ourlet in the main master bedroom is loose in the wall. You have to hold on to it to plug-in anything very dangerous, could be electrical shock to someone. When we got there, I had to unload the dryer and fold the sheets up and put them away before I could use it. Things definitely need to be upgraded and fixed up. The back patio definitely looks way better on the website than it does in person. We are people that like to sit outside in the afternoon and it was not very pleasant to sit out there. It was needing a lot of work. The place just needs fixing up.We definitely love how close it was to the Red Mile which was for we were going and we love the little towns and the horse farms around it’s a beautiful place in Lexington area.
The owner was great with communication, however upon arriving the condo could a deep deep cleaning. We also noticed that the front window of the condo was cracked from a pervious break in attempt. We were told that we could park in front of the condo and had an additional parking location (described as safe in the listing). Unfortunately when waking up we discovered both vehicles were broken into and had several items striped out. One of the cars was approx 6ft from the front door. When we called the police, they just took the report over the phone “due to the volume of regular break in within the area”. The owner did refund a small amount of our fee, but I would not recommend this listing to anyone that values their safety or property.
This is the second time we’ve booked with this owner. Very accommodating and responsive. Perfect location, tucked back, clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
Quiet and private. Good location. Property needs some updates (paint and carpet) and deep cleaning (mold on bathroom door). Amenities sparse i.e. no wash clothes, uncomfortable pillows.
Very convenient for a trip to a convention just donw the street at Rupp arena
This was a perfect stay for a nearby conference at Central Bank Center. Everything was as advertised in the listing, and the hosts were very responsive. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable to lounge around after a long day at the conference. Would definitely stay again!
The property was as pictured on the website. The location was great for access to downtown and within walking distance. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The host was helpful with suggestions for local food and attractions. The only con was that the bed in the front bedroom is very loud.
Very pleased and will stay every time we’re in Lexington thank y’all so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The property was just as described. Convenient location and easy to get around. Host was helpful when we had questions.
Nice place to stay if you are in town for an event at Rupp Arena, it is close enough to walk and is within a good distance of the downtown area in general.
The townhouse was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. The living room was very comfortable. We did hear sirens a few times in the night which may be common for a city area. The beds were on the softer side and the one bed squeaked rather loud every time the kids would roll over.
Stayed in Lexington for a friends wedding. Everything was perfect for our stay.
This property is well maintained, CLEAN, and well stocked. Perfect for our treck on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The beds need to be replaced and the owner is working on that now. We had two couples and it was perfect! Thanks Ben!
