Downtown Townhome Only a 10 minute walk to downtown, featuring 3 BR 3BTH

Great townhouse close to downtown Gatlinburg. Only things were not enough hot water & neighbors didn’t seem very happy being next to a VRBO. But besides that definitely a great place to stay

This was the perfect place to stay for our girls trip! It was a super quick walk to downtown!

There was 6 of us in the condo.The Hot Water runs out fast and it takes a lot of time for the water to recover to get hot. I would suggest a larger water heater that can handle 4-6 people getting a shower at the same time. The master bathroom needs some upgrades. The condo was clean and the location is GREAT.

We absolutely loved staying here! Conveniently located to walked to anywhere in Gatlinburg. Will certainly being booking again.

Everything went well. We really enjoyed our time.Some suggestions: throw blankets for the living room and a wardrobe cabinet for the bottom bedroom.

The property is located close to many attractions with a trolley stop close by.

Very nice townhouse with in walking distance to the strip. The beds are very comfortable.

Lots of dust, several lights out, no light at the bottom of the stairs (entrance) three switches that did nothing. We had to climb the stairs to the main floor in the dark. Host not friendly and did NOT respond to voicemail or VRBO app message EVER. Rusty registers in bathrooms. Main floor bathroom Fan didn’t work and the cover was missing. No blankets just sheets and bedspreads. Patio furniture chipped. Loft was hot to sleep in. Street light right outside the window no curtain. It was really bright. Lower level bedroom was freezing. The loft bathroom tub dripped all night. Not enough hand soap in loft bedroom. The TV was set n closed caption and no remote to turn it off There were three signs in the condo warning about late check out fees. Bold with red underlining. Host appears to be unfriendly and unresponsive. Would not recommend.

Wonderful stay, beautiful place. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the bulb in the bedroom lamp was dead and the outlet in the garage didn't work. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you for hosting!

Townhouse was very nice. Everything worked and was clean and neat. Was looking forward to using the pool for relaxing occasionally... We didn't use use it. The pool was dirty. Algae around the steps and sides. We could hear the filters running but the jet's weren't moving the water.

My stay was very enjoyable and it was truly a perfect location. The 3 bedroom house was clean, comfortable and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place for a friends or family rental.

Great condo, great location.

Checked in on Saturday and out the next Friday. Very nice having a 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. This is a 3 level townhouse so if you don't like stairs or just can't do stairs this is not for you. The townhouse is nice and comfortable. Trash pick-upis almost every night and in the middle of the night so just know its a little noisy..

The hot water didnt last long. And some ware and tear here and there. But I would stay here again. I was try to book it for a later date but it already booked

This condo it in an amazing location. We were able to skip the traffic and just walk everywhere in Gatlinburg. There is a side road to drive out to the main drag too. The house is adequately stocked with kitchen essentials and a blow dryer. The mattress’ are just ok and a blanket would make it a bit more cozy, but with the heater on, we were not cold. We were there for new years and were able to walk to see the fireworks. The creek outside is wonderful to walk along.

It was a nice place, great location, and writhing walking distance to most things downtown.

Second time staying in this condo it is a great location to walk to town. Loft room could use a tv and the bottom floor could use a space heater.

We loved staying in this unit. A short walk to the strip, loved the separation so everyone had their own space and bathroom, the decorations were beautiful. It was very cold during our stay and we had no issues with staying warm. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time. It was a good stay. I just was not expecting the steep stairs. There’s some issues with the shower on the main floor restroom and there is hair and a blanket that was left behind by someone else with socks in it but other than that is fantastic and nice and neat.

We went with 2 other couples that had never visited Gatlinburg before so we really enjoyed the townhouse, it fit our needs perfectly, we loved how close to town it was and we even saw some bears!! We will stay here again in the future!!!

Location is spot on. Easy walk to town without the overpopulation of people.

The condo is spacious and comfortable. And, the location cannot be beat. It is an easy walk to the main strip. We very much enjoyed our stay!
