This Downtown Tempe location couldn't be better! Perfect place to stay if you're in town to visit ASU or attend concerts, musicals, art festivals or sporting events in downtown Tempe. Great for enjoying the Mill ave night life and Tempe Town Lake. Located in one of Tempe's oldest neighborhoods, everything you need is within walking distance.

The space:
The beautifully remodeled farmhouse style home includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have comfy beds (1 king and 1queen), walk-in closets, and smart TVs. One bathroom has a roll-in shower with grab bars. The other bathroom has a luxurious steam shower with 5 shower heads and a bench. The well-stocked kitchen has high-end Viking appliances, Subzero refrigerator, and marble countertops. Eat inside at the bar stools or outside around the patio fire pit with views of the downtown Tempe skyline and A mountain. The home also has a private BBQ courtyard with an outdoor table & chairs. The dog-friendly backyard is enclosed with grass, a half basketball court, and a lighted breezeway between the home and garage.

The entire home and enclosed backyard is at your disposal. The driveway can be used for parking however the garage is currently unavailable for guests.

    Delightful, well appointed home in a wonderfully eclectic neighborhood. Beds are comfortable, as well as living room furniture. In close proximity to numerous coffee shops, eateries and a couple blocks from a Whole Foods.

    Home was clean and nice. Very roomy.Fantastic walkable area. Went to eat at Casey Moore's down the block for dinner, and hit Morning Squeeze for breakfast.SOOO GOOD!

    This is a wonderful home in Tempe close to Arizona State University and many restaurants, grocery, drug and convenience stores close by. It is a very walkable area. We were in Tempe for the Ironman which was held less than a mile from the property which was perfect. The home is very clean with updated decor and appliances. It is perfect for 4 people, 1 queen bed and one king and both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The patio and outdoor areas are just as nice. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions, but we had few as all instructions are provided. If we are ever in the Phoenix area again we will definitely stay here.

    I stayed here for Ironman Arizona. The location was great! It was close enough to walk to Ironman Village / transition (Tempe Beach Park). The neighborhood was quiet. Grocery and restaurants only a couple blocks away. The house was clean, spacious, luxurious. Off street parking was nice. Host was responsive and easy-going. Highly recommend!
