Adorable pre-war three-bedroom, three-bath remodeled bungalow on the western edge of historic downtown Flagstaff shops and restaurants. Five minutes to Basha's grocery store, five minutes to Downtown Flagstaff, and a 15-minute walk to the NAU campus and the Flagstaff Medical Center. Easy access to mountain bike & hiking trails. It is an excellent base for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Oak Creek, Sedona, and the Arizona Snowbowl.

During your stay, the entire home is yours. The pre-war home features three bedrooms, two on the first floor, each with an ample closet and a full bath adjacent. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in all the tubs and showers. Samsung Smart TVs in the living room, family room, and bedrooms with speedy streaming Wi-Fi. Full-size washer/dryer.

The main bedroom is upstairs. All of the bedrooms have Samsung Smart TVs with streaming WiFi access. The WiFi service is fast and powerful, with a 200 Mbps download speed and a 20 Mbps upload speed.

The comfortable, good-sized living room features a dining room that comfortably seats six and doubles as a workspace. The family room is really a great room, sharing space with the kitchen and bar. The living and family rooms each have a 50 Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The fireplace is electric and can be operated with or without the remote. A switch inside the upper right cavity of the unit must be in the on position for it to operate.

The new kitchen features gray granite counters and a stainless steel under-mount sink. There is plenty of cabinet space. Retro mint green appliances include a gas range, microwave, and refrigerator.

There is a private fenced backyard and front yard. Fully fenced yard with Adirondack chairs, picnic table, charcoal BBQ & fire pit. There is parking in the driveway with overflow parking on the street. We also have an RV gate if you are traveling with a trailer or RV.

We love well-behaved dogs, and there is no extra charge or deposit for dogs. We are sorry, but we do not permit cats due to allergies.
