Stayed Dec 26, 2022The 1926 home has been beautifully updated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The home is downtown and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, Bayfront Park and Selby Botanical Gardens, but the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Great parking, great location, AND very quiet neighborhood! Don't let the age of the house fool you, it does not smell old! I could go on and on, but let me put it this way, I'm in facility management and construction, this property and host is A+. You won't be disappointed!

Stayed Dec 11, 2021Kim’s Burns Court property is perfect for someone looking to enjoy Sarasota in a quaint free standing home walking distance away from the downtown area. The property is clean and well appointed. Truly has everything you need. Very quiet which is amazing when you are so close to downtown. I would highly recommend this property.
