Our home is one block from Winter Ridge Natural Foods, and less than a 5 minute walk or bike ride to City Beach, Fat Pig, Matchwood Brewing, Mickduff’s Beer Hall, Evans Brother’s Coffee, Pend Oreille Winery, and a handful of boutiques, galleries, and yoga studios.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025We really enjoyed our week in this rental. The house is very comfortable and the location is great. We walked to many great restaurants and enjoyed scenic drives in the area, as well as lake activities. Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 11, 2023About a 1600 Sq. Ft. one floor rental. Very simply furnished but comfortable. The kitchen has excellent pots and pans with plenty of plates, silverware and other kitchen items. Location is in south central Sandpoint. It is a good location to walk from to restaraunts and if you like a very good farmers market on certain days. The only downside is needs a window covering in the kitchen to keep out heating afternoon sun ( august).
