The back sunroom is perfect for relaxing year round. It is fully heated with its own dedicated thermostat to stay toasty in the winter. It is a perfect spot to sip a coffee on a crisp winter day while enjoying the beauty of the snow outside. This room also features a 54 5k tv for movie night.

In the warm months, unwind on the sun-drenched deck perfect, shielded from the world by mature lilac bushes. Grill a summer meal on the natural gas grill, eat at the 4 person table, or relax on the hammock. String lights provide the perfect ambiance in the evening. This is absolutely the highlight of the house in the summer.

Just steps away, across the street, you'll find Lawson Park, which was fully renovated in 2021. It features one the largest play structures in town, kids love it! There's also a baseball diamond, a basketball court, and a picnic pavilion available. One of the best parks in all of Royal Oak.

There is a detached garage on the edge of the property which is not included. Host may access the garage (used for storage) during your stay via the street, without entering the yard. We won't disturb your stay.
