The professionally designed spaces feature a library ladder leading up to a cozy sleeping loft with a comfortable queen-sized bed. Additionally, a high-quality Murphy bed on the main level ensures restful nights for all guests. The sitting area, complete with a Smart TV, offers a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration.

The kitchen is equipped with vintage-inspired appliances, combining aesthetic appeal with modern functionality. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find all the essentials you need to make your culinary endeavors a success.

Visalia is known as the Gateway to the Sequoias, and our suite is conveniently located just a 40-minute drive from the entrance of Sequoia National Park, making it an excellent base for nature enthusiasts. Situated in a desirable neighborhood behind a secure keypad gate, you'll have peace of mind during your stay. The proximity to downtown Visalia means you're just minutes away from local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.



Guest Access:

Centrally located, there is easy access to all main streets in Visalia, Hwy 198, and Hwy 99.



Guests have access to the driveway (for parking), the entire unit, back patio, spa, and pool (shared).



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Beverly Glen neighborhood of Visalia, just west of downtown attractions such as restaurants, breweries, sidewalk cafes, boutiques, and farmer's markets. The street is lined with trees which become a beautiful spectacle in the fall, and provide shady street parking all summer long. Minutes from College of the Sequoias, the Convention Center, and Kaweah Health. 20 minutes to the World Ag Expo. 40 minutes to Sequoia National Park!

We suggest using your own vehicle to get around.

The pool is shared with the homeowner and is not heated.

    Nice location. Close to many places to eat in Visalia and the property was in a quiet residential area. The home was clean and comfortable. The pool was a plus. It was a nice place to come back to after a day of exploring Sequoia and Kings Canyon!

    We came to watch some baseball, and support the Visalia Rawhide team. We also loved visiting the sequoias in the national park, and this was an amazing perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!!

    Had a great stay! The pool and hot tub were clutch after long hiking days in the park. We also went for a few walks in the cute neighborhood, and stopped into Sequoia Brewing nearby. Would definitely stay again, thanks!

    Our host was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind. We had some personal requests, and they were met with nothing but professionalism and a desire to meet our needs (which they did!) The property itself was exactly what we were hoping for. I would absolutely vacation at one of their properties again.
