Stayed Jul 24, 2025Sam’s place was great! Comfortable, well organized/supplied, and the location was great location. If that weren’t enough, Sam himself was a terrific host, who communicated seamlessly, was flexible, and ensured that we had everything we could possibly need for a terrific stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed May 24, 2025We can’t say enough about this property!! It was perfect! So close to everything in Newburyport - just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The property was clean and bright with lots of natural light. It was a perfect home away from home! Our host, Sam was incredible as well!!

Stayed Dec 30, 2023Great space, very spacious and clean, in perfect location, walkable to all the great spots downtown! Sam, the host, was very responsive, gave great recommendations on restaurants, and made the check in and check out process so easy! Would definitely recommend/stay again!

Stayed Sep 15, 2023We loved this 2nd-floor rental because it was close to the center of town, yet quiet. Four of us stayed there and had plenty of room. Everything was new and so very clean! We were given great information on checking in, checking out, and where everything was in the rental. Parking for our 2nd car was easy (on Green St). We walked to the shops and restaurants (recommend Sea Level, Black Cow, Grog, and Tuscan Sea). We would stay here again!!
