Clean home, full kitchen, hot tub and pet friendly with closed in yard.

Everything was exactly as promised and more! I cannot explain how wonderful our week long trip was. The home was lovely and had everything you could possibly want. The hot tub was perfect. The location was perfect. Chris, our host, was friendly and answered any questions. I cannot wait to come back. It was truly a home away from home.

Had a great stay!!! We drove up from the valley to escape the heat for a few days. Great location and perfect accommodations for me, my husband, twelve year old and mom. We’ll be back!

Beautiful home! The location was great. Close to downtown, grocery stores, dining. Very well kept. We really enjoyed the playroom with the games for the kids. Lots of rooms and space. We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was a breeze and instructions were so easy! We would definitely stay again.

House. was nice and clean and well located. We grilled outside one night and grill was clean and ready to use.The kitchen had everything we needed. We did buy new sponges to clean dishes. The beds were amazing and the pillows as well. We watched the baseball All-Star game and really liked the living room furniture. Overall it was a great place for us coaches to retreat to and relax.Thank you , Mike

The house was perfect for a quick weekend get away with family. We enjoyed the open concept upstairs and our youngest loved the game room. Chris was very responsive and helpful when we needed him. My only tip is the house gets a ton of natural light. If you are one that likes/needs a dark room to sleep in, bring an eye mask with you! We would definitely rent again.

A beautiful home with everything our family needed. Plenty of space to gather, cook and hang out. It's close to town and close to hiking. We especially enjoyed sitting under the trees on the back patio where it was shady and cool on the warm summer days.

The home is spacious and in a nice setting in a lovely, treed neighborhood in a convenient location. The home itself has some challenges: a steep driveway (mentioned by other reviewers) and more than a few maintenance and housekeeping/cleanliness issues: patio furniture in poor, almost unusable condition with one broken item lying on the side of the house with the BBQ cover thrown on top, kitchen cabinet hanging off hinges, missing and poor quality bathroom amenities, and other issues. Beds and the living room sectional were comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. The lack of window coverings in the east-facing kitchen and living area make the use of those spaces (for a summer stay) uncomfortable and uninviting in the mornings--too bright and too warm.

Stayed here for Father’s Day weekend! It was perfect for hosting adults and one room for kids (bunk beds). Everyone enjoyed the game room.

I used to live in Flagstaff and we wanted to get out of the heat for the weekend. Most amazing house and very close to town so easy to navigate. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It was a very relaxing stay!

It was a very nice time. The weather was perfect and snowy! The home was comfortable and accommodating. The views outside are incredible in the winter. We are coming back next year. Owner was very kind and also went out of his way to snow plow for us, in case we needed to run an errand or go somewhere. The location is perfect! By all the stores and freeway. Also not far from the Grand Canyon and Brarizona. Was a great trip! Thanks, Chris!

The house was perfect for our group and the sliding glass doors in the bedrooms were perfect for the doggies! We were very comfortable and the house was well equipped. It's a great location. Easy to Snowbowl and downtown.

This house was amazing! It helped serve as a great place for both my now-husband's family and mine to spend some quiet, quality time and a wonderful location for a small wedding reception. The views at this location are breathtaking and the house itself is close to lots of attractions in Flagstaff. 10/10 would recommend! :)

My friends and I stayed here for our college reunion and it was perfect!! It was conveniently located a short drive into downtown and the hot tub was a welcomed way to start and end each day.

This is our new fave Flagstaff rental!!! The layout is perfect for families with separate space on the lower level for kids with bunk beds and a game room. The upper level has a beautiful view of tall pines and mountain views, and the back has a beautiful sitting area with jacuzzi surrounded by a hill filled with pines. Neighborhood is fantastic and close to downtown. We will be back!
