The property was just what we needed. Unfortunately, the area where it is located is very loud at night and sleeping was an issue.

The house was super cute and well maintained. The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely stocked. The beds and couch were comfortable. The neighborhood was bustling but not loud. Great food options nearby. The floors were uneven in places which could be tricky for anyone with limited mobility. Plenty of inexpensive parking and a good general location.

Host was welcoming and very responsive. Clean home, great walkable location.

We had a great stay! We were in town for the National FFA convention and it was a great location to access the events.

The location of this property is very nice. The host was great to answer any questions and was very timely with information, which is very appreciated.

The backyard patio was wonderful. We were there for our son's wedding. However, the BBQ did not work as advertised so we had to broil our burgers inside. The washing machine was also not hooked up when we needed it but the owner did come and hook it up. The garage is extremely small and hard to get a car into so be aware of that. Paid parking is available though if elderly, kind of a hassle. Kitchen was okay in terms of items available though we had to buy our own dish towels since there was only 1 clean and 1 dirty. The Murphy bed was a little hard to get around to go into the 2nd bathroom but the beds were comfortable. The icemaker did not work and into our stay, the heavy shower door slid off its track somehow so we had to crawl inside the shower through a narrow opening. Owner response time was always delayed and he did not show to fix the shower door as promised - disappointing. This place was not cheap to rent and we felt that for our money, we should have picked a different spot that did not have so many things not working or in need of repair and with a more available host.

Luke’s place was great! The house was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare nice Easter meals for our group. Although any other weekend we would have been happy to check out the many great restaurants and coffee shops within a stone’s throw of this charming historic neighborhood. The outdoor space was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Having only a few short 'awake' hours was not nearly enough. We checked in at 4pm, left an hour later for a scheduled event, did not get back to the house until late and fell asleep. Checking out by 11am the next morning meant that we had no time to enjoy the house or backyard amenities... but hopefully next time!

Was a wonderful and cozy place to stay.

This was the perfect place to stay! I wish we had bright a vehicle that fit in the garage, but it work truck and our giant truck doesn’t fit a lot of places. But the lot right next door was great too. And the brick road on the side of the house was perfect to unload. The second bedroom is a Murphy bed, which is super cool but also not the most comfortable, I kind of felt like I was going to roll out but it was soft enough and I didn’t feel any bars. Having two separate bathrooms was great, and the house was very clean. The check in and check out process was easy and spelled out well.

The house is lovely and the yard is perfect for traveling with dogs. The location is near excellent restaurants and entertainment. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the city. Host was responsive and helpful.

The house was nice and the location was great. The parking could be a challenge on busy days. The damage deposit charged was more than listed. I’m still waiting on reimbursement for the deposit after I’ve been told that it would be there in a few days.

Perfect location for bars, restaurants, access to highway. Smaller than anticipated. Garage very small, so unable to use and had to pay for parking, but that was very close. Host very responsive. Somewhat heavy handed with odor controlling sprays. Some very nice updates to small house.

We loved our stay in Indianapolis! Proximity to Mass Ave was perfect! Our van didn’t fit in the garage but there was plenty of street parking nearby. We loved the backyard and the fire! Such a great place to end the evening! We would definitely stay here again!!

First, the location was fantastic! It was situated in the lively Bottleworks District neighborhood with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, etc. We loved being able to walk to most places and enjoy the area without the hassle of driving. The property itself was comfortable and generally well-maintained. The amenities were as described, and it provided a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. However, communication with the host left a lot to be desired. There were only automated messages, and the host never responded to my questions prior to or during the trip.

This was a great little place close to a lot of stuff in Indianapolis. Everything was clean and easy to access. I will say the garage is pretty small, my Corolla fit but just barely. I would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay in this adorable older home with nice updates. Owner communicated promptly as needed with clear expectations. Location was perfect just a block off downtown area that was very walkable. Neighborhood with the older well kept homes was fantastic. I would definitely stay again. Our only mishap was the garage door that couldn’t be opened from outside and required a little extra effort but was doable for a short stay.
