Downtown home with a firepit, deck, washer/dryer, fireplace - near the beach

The property manager was very responsive. The water heater died 3 days in and they had it replaced the next day. Walkable to town and grocery.

The house was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. The house was perfectly located close to town. Lake Michigan and the Keelanau Wine Trail

Photos of property make it look much nicer than it is. Furniture very worn and uncomfortable. Almost no water pressure in house, almost impossible to rinse off soap from shower. Listing says 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Actually only two bedrooms but has 3 baths.

Location was ideal for biking. Fall colors were lovely. We did wish for more water pressure with the showers.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. Our stay was fantastic! Everything was clean, the vrbo had all the supplies we needed to cook dinner, do laundry. We loved the back patio with a view of the woods. Great location- close to sleeping Bear dunes.

Perfect location and great house.

This cute, quiet, home is located within walking distance of downtown Glen Arbor. The home on the inside is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. You should secure the dishwasher to the counter! Nice grill, but the patio/deck is dirty, full of spider webs, and bird droppings. It was obviously not cleaned before our arrival. I swept the deck for approximately 1/2 hour and gave up. So, we did not use it. The landscaping is overgrown and not attended to. There are all kinds of weeds growing through the bark mulch. We had a problem with the connectivity of the Wi-W it and contacted the management company. The Wi-Fi and password were not up to date on the check-in list. Here is the worst part.......Somebody entered the home, without our knowledge, and updated the Wi-Fi username and passcode on the refrigerator. They also left a note on the sofa table with the updated information. Very unacceptable!

Convenient to town

Lots of room for family of 6. Close to everythiing!

Clean and comfortable home in a convenient location. We were surprised that the basement was mostly unfinished but enjoyed our stay.

Our family has been coming up to the Glen Lake area for 40 years and Dunes Trail is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Even though it is not on the lake the backyard is really nice. We will rent this property again.

Just want we needed for a short get-away

We enjoyed our stay at Dunes Trail. It is centrally located to Glen Arbor business district but is secluded and comfortably nestled in the woods. It was as described on the website. Though it was not unhealthily dirty there were items that needed to be addressed, the fans were very dusty and night lights were filled with dead bugs. The decor was very pleasant , some of the living area furniture needs a good cleaning. The lighting inside leads a lot to be desired, it is very dark. Light bulbs in one bathroom needed to be replaced as they were all burned out. The front door screen was in b need of repair when we arrived and it seems to be inefficient for the position it is in. But, the price was reasonable, the areas we needed were as described. and the convenient location was great. Oh. the dishwasher is not secured in it's placement so please be aware of this!

Dunes Trail had everything we needed to make our autumn stay clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with the cookware we needed, and we enjoyed the easy functionality of TVs, Wifi, and the backyard firepit during our downtime. The property had a secluded, private feel to it being set back in the woods a little, yet we could still quickly and conveniently walk to restaurants and stores in Glen Arbor.

Wonderful place in a great location.

This home has been nicely updated since our last stay. The rooms are spacious. The location is wonderful as it is an easy walk to town with nearby access to trails. Fire pit has plenty of wood, and laundry was great.

The owners have put thought into making this house welcoming and comfortable.

The mark of a great property manager is when something goes wrong. The hot water heater conked out 3 days in. Someone came out that day to check, and it was replaced the next day. Highly recommend !

This house was nicely tucked away in a great location. We loved the campfire and ping pong, we will definitely be back!

Inside well kept. Outside not will kept. Clean house. All amenities you’d want. Slight smoke smell. Hot water heater needed to be lit. Great location. Would stay again.
