Decided to do a last minute Trip before school to Pensacola with the kids. The house itself is very cute, exactly like the pictures you see. We arrived at 4pm and it appears a bed had not been made so someone had to come in while we were unloading to fix the sheets. Other than that everything was Great and had a wonderful mini vacation with the kids. Would definitely book again

I stayed here as a brief reprieve from the military lifestyle. It was perfect, very clean and well stocked in all aspects.

Great rental. Very convenient to downtown and highways. Super clean and comfortable. Property management did a great job with communication.

Stay went excellent, the residence was pristeen and very well maintained. Plenty of bathrooms. Will definitely rent again if we are back in Pensacola.

Very comfortable and walkable to the wedding venue (Supposey). With six adults (including an 18 yr old) and only 2 cars, it was so convenient to just walk back to the house when preparations were finished or when something was needed. We brought extra blankets and we were glad we did. It was extremely COLD that weekend and though the heat worked great upstairs, the downstairs was very chilly. Vacasa said they would send someone out immediately (when they called to check on us), but I knew it was just the extreme cold and not normal. When it warmed up a bit, it was fine. We were very happy and comfortable there. Thank you to the owners who were so thoughtful of our needs! Safe neighborhood, too! Wonderful time spent in a wonderful place.

Just as advertised. Nice and clean with quality products.

House was everything advertised. We needed a place to stay to see the Blue Angels. This was a perfect location as it was close to the base and to several good restaurants. In addition the house was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The bedrooms each had ensuite bathrooms which worked well for adult couples. Would highly recommend.

We were so happy visiting our daughter in college while staying in this beautiful home. Every room was fully furnished, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The cleanliness of the entire house was impeccable, which made us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. The communication with the host was excellent—quick responses and very accommodating. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area. It truly felt like a home away from home. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend it to others!

This townhouse was perfect for our trip! Close to everything, and in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Great neighborhood for jogging.

Visiting for a family reunion the home was perfect for our needs. A family for 5 adults the three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms was a nice change. Spacious rooms and common areas. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to all our destinations. Kitchen was nicely appointed and had most things you need. The beds were on the firm side. Although I know it's summertime, the evenings can get chilly with the AC. The beds only had one thin sheet and there was only one thin blanket in the house. I would say that was our only negative about the place. Also, there are a lot of stairs to the second floor if anyone has mobility issues. Two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs.
