Downtown Home w/ Yard & BBQ - 6 Mi to Downtown!

This property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, comfortable and convenient for us to stay in. Thanks for having us, would definitely use again!

House was very clean and comfortable. Had issues with air and heating. Stopped working and got pretty warm inside. Lucky the weather was changing next day and we opened all windows. Owner said there was a box fan in closet to use. She wasn’t sure what to do to fix unit. Hopefully it will be fixed before next renters. Otherwise house was very nice. Things break but I am sure she will get it working

This is the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in!

Was not well stocked with kitchen equipment for cooking, as advertised, so if u plan on cooking, bring what u need. Example, no blender, mixer, sheet pan, only 4 plates, etc. only negative about the place. Very clean, beds very comfortable.

Nice House a lot bigger then it looks. Great back yard. They have another unit attached. You may have to share the back yard if it is occupied. Luckily for us it was empty so we have the whole yard. I would be glad to stay again.

Our stay was very nice and we had plenty of room there were 3 couples and 2 additional guests. We stayed for 3 nights. I was initially caught off guard because there Is a tenant that lives on the property in the garage apartment. We did not see or hear from the tenant throughout our stay but it did catch us off guard. It felt a little odd initially but we did settle into the property. There were clothes left in the top dresser drawer in the master bedroom. Other than that the home did serve its purpose and we did have a very nice trip. I am pretty good about reading the descriptions in the properties and I don’t remember seeing anything about someone living in the garage apartment which is off the kitchen area. We were in the area for our son’s Marine Graduation so nothing could have ruined our stay, again was just little odd at first as I did not see in the property description that someone lived there.

My family and I loved this house! The location was great! We would rent again!! We also needed early check-in and we were accommodated quickly!! Overall wonderful experience!!

We rented this property for an extended family visit with our son stationed at Beaufort MCAS. The home met our needs just right and was a great value. Would definitely stay again!

House was easy to find parking was good quiet neighborhood and clean house i would recommend it

Much foiliage and nature surround this seasoned older home. It was very clean and met our needs related to space and rooms. A very well stocked pantry with cleaning supplies, tools, tape etc it is a comfortable home for relaxing and sleeping. Only 2 suggestions are to trim bushes and foliage back in front and back as mosquitoes were plentiful and a larger trash receptacle in kitchen.
