The 2nd St Downtown is perfect for corporate travelers or a refreshing vacation getaway. With a one minute walk, you will have access to downtown entertainment, restaurants, theatres, nearby breweries, and other outdoor fun. This ideally located Townhome serves as your next launching point to explore Northern Colorado.

Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. Onebedroom is furnished with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. The beds are arranged with luxurious linens and comfy pillows to ensure a relaxing nights rest. There is a cozy sitting area in the upstairs landing perfect for getting some work done or relaxing with a good book.

The main floor has an open concept great for entertaining, with 2 leather sofas, dining area and kitchen with all the items you may need to prepare a delicious meal. The 2nd Street Downtown has updated flooring and high living room ceilings, giving it an overall trendy, cozy vibe. There is a glass sliding door that leads out to a private partially fenced in patio area, perfect for getting some fresh air and relaxing.

Explore the area on the bike trail along the Big Thompson River that stretches throughout Loveland perfect for taking in some nature. For those who enjoy a good swim or workout, the recently renovated Chilson Recreation Center is just a couple blocks away.

Washer and dryer are available and supplied with soap and softener.

We do accept dogs only with a $100 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. Don't forget about Devil's Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

With its downtown location, you will find plenty of acclaimed restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, theatres, recreation center, and shopping within walking distance. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is less than a 2 minute walk with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on site brews.

    We were in town for a softbal tournament with my family and coaches. Central location to the field in longmont and the fields ip the street in loveland. Very big kitchen, we cooked almost all our meals there. We would definately come back again.

    This was my family's 3rd time to stay at this perfect townhome in downtown Loveland. As always, it was extremely clean, very comfortable, and the perfect location! Communication with the host was also perfect and prompt -- I had no concerns but emailed a question about having an extra blanket available since the weather was predicted to be very cold (an additional blanket was already provided). We will surely stay here in the future! Thank you so much!

    This was our 2nd time to stay at this great home, and we had a wonderful experience! We were in Loveland for 10 days and so enjoyed our time there. It's a great location with a well-stocked kitchen. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and we had no concerns whatsoever during our stay. We hope to stay in this home a 3rd time when we return to visit our family in Colorado.

    This was the ideal location for us to see the areas where we're looking to move. Loveland is a great small town. Great food, great people, great parks...and this townhome is in the perfect spot to enjoy them all. The property manager kept in great contact and was very available when needed (surprise Halloween snow). We absolutely loved and appreciated this rental.

    Loveland and Fort Collins were great to visit. The house is located a short walk from the charming downtown district. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The house was set up with everything we needed. Wonderful!
