The Space:

Tucked just steps from NAU and downtown Flagstaff, this two-story getaway is stylish, functional, and easy to settle into. On the main floor, you’ll find a bright living area with a sleeper sofa, fireplace, and mounted TV—perfect for slow mornings or movie nights. The full kitchen and dining space open directly to a private backyard with a cozy fire pit, ideal for winding down under the stars. A convenient half bath sits just off the hallway. Upstairs, the king bedroom includes a small private deck for fresh air and quiet mornings. Across the landing, the queen bedroom features its own en-suite bath, making this layout great for couples, friends, or small families!

Cooling is provided via central A/C in the main areas (kitchen, primary bedroom, great room) and window units in the two upstairs bedrooms. The rest of the home benefits from Flagstaff’s cool mountain air—just crack a window and let nature do the rest. The bunk bedroom also stays comfortable when doors are left open.



➼Traveling with Little Ones We’ve partnered with BabyQuip to make family travel easier. Guests can rent a sanitized pack ’n play and high chair, delivered directly to the property for your convenience. Rental costs are the responsibility of the guest and can be arranged easily through BabyQuip.



➼Parking

Whether you’re rolling in solo or with a full crew, you’ll have space to spare. You will have access to the driveway and a garage space!



➼Winter Guests:

Flagstaff is a magical winter destination—and we make sure you're ready to enjoy it. Our contracted snow removal team clears the driveway whenever snowfall exceeds 3 inches during your reservation, so your arrival and mobility are always a priority. For added convenience, we provide a snow shovel and ice melt at the property to help keep entryways safe during your stay.

Please note: While we prepare the property thoroughly regardless of weather conditions, city-managed street clearing schedules are outside our control. If snow is in the forecast, we strongly recommend arriving before or after the storm and stocking up on groceries in advance. This way, you can enjoy the winter wonderland from the comfort of the home without travel interruptions. Due to these uncontrollable factors, we do not issue refunds for weather-related delays.



➼Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $100 fee per dog. Please share their breeds with us in advance so we can ensure the best experience for everyone.



➼No Parties or Events: To maintain the peaceful nature of our neighborhood and the quality of our home, we do not allow parties, events, or unauthorized guests. Flagstaff enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 6 AM, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our community. House rules are thoughtfully enforced.



➼Fire Pit Etiquette & Safety

Our propane-fueled fire pit is perfect for evening chats and s’mores under the stars. For safety, never leave the flame unattended, keep a clear area around the pit, and ensure the gas is fully turned off after use. Once cooled, please replace the cover to protect the unit and maintain performance.



➼Neighborhood Noise: Our home is nestled close to Northern Arizona University's campus, giving you easy access to all the energy and amenities the area has to offer. As with any vibrant college neighborhood, there is potential for ambient noise from the surrounding student housing and campus activity—particularly on weekends and during the academic year. We want to set transparent expectations so you can plan accordingly and enjoy your stay to the fullest!



➼Neighborhood Noise: Our home is conveniently located near major routes through Flagstaff, which means you may occasionally hear ambient noise from nearby freeway traffic or passing trains. Flagstaff is an active rail corridor, and train activity can occur at any hour of the day or night. We want to set transparent expectations so you can plan accordingly!

    This property is special for it's location but also it's amenities. Having a powder room on the ground floor and two full bathrooms upstairs makes this a unique property. The house is clean and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The property managers are so caring and friendly and the most responsive I've ever experienced. All of my questions were responded to in minutes.

    We were there three nights, visiting our grandson, who’s a student at NAU. The location is wonderful - a short walk to campus and close to downtown. The home is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully appointed with many extras provided. Communication could not have been better. Highly recommend!

    A very nicely configured home 2 bed, 3 bath garage. We didnt realize it came with a garage. My f-150 fit just fine, ( short bed) my standard bed would have been a bit too long. The unit was comfortable, warm, and very new. My only crit is that the kitchen could be more fully equipped with accessories. (Ppliances were fine)

    This property was the perfect location for our week in Flagstaff. It was exceptionally clean and everything was in working order. The hosts were very responsive checking in with me to ensure we had everything we needed. I liked the fact that there were 2-1/2 bathrooms that were well stocked. The showers looked new and had great water pressure. The hosts also left a basket of snacks which was a nice surprise. The home is a 5 minute walk to NAU and downtown Flagstaff. We were able to use the pool and rec center at NAU for a nominal daily fee. Since this was summer the neighborhood was quiet, but if you are traveling there during the school year, you may need to take advantage of the ear plugs that were provided by the host due to it's proximity to the campus. I also really appreciated having a garage for our vehicle--our car was protected from the hail one afternoon. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely book this home again on a future trip to Flagstaff.
