Step into the cozy living space and you'll find a gas fireplace, a comfortable living room with Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen and first floor laundry. Outside the community pool invites you to take a refreshing dipor lounge under the sun, creating lasting memories with loved ones. Plus, The Retreat's prime location puts you within walking distance to downtown as well as Peninsula State Park for biking, hiking, and exploring nature's beauty.

This location is also great for groups-- we offer Birch Grove Cottage and Yellow Birch Cottage at the same location.

2 dedicated, outdoor parking spots in driveway plus street and overnight street parking available.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Home Truths:
No boat, trailer or RV parking, No garage, but additional public parking is available nearby.

Location is near Hwy 42/ Egg Harbor Road, which typically experiences higher traffic volume during the peak tourist season.

Condo is in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.
