Downtown Dolly is a 2 bed/2bath creekside cottage only a half-mile from downtown Gatlinburg.

Great homely house, with all the comforts and amenities you can ask for. Great location, easy in and out. Would book again without hesitation.

Check in and out was very simple! Everything was clean and we loved the Christmas tree set up!

Property was clean, well furnished and appearance was as advertised. It was my second stay in this unit and it won't be my last!

We had a great visit at the Downtown Dolly. Everything was as described, shown and expected. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals. The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot, the air conditioning works good - there’s 2 units so the house stays nice and cool. The outside area is nice and most importantly you are within walking distance of Gatlinburg Parkway which is very nice - no having to find and pay for parking. If I had to make a suggestion of anything I would change - it would be the grill- a charcoal grill is fine but the grate needs to be on a hinge so it will swing out of the way so you can stack your briquettes easier and not have to contend with the grate being in the way.

I would not rent from them again mostly because they require a copy of your drivers license. Sorry but I don't really trust a small rental agency to keep my drivers license information secure. They will also blow you up with texts and emails. I stayed for 3 days and got 7 texts and 6 emails from them so far. The house itself was fine and had no problems at all with it.

This property was the perfect size for our family outing, with 2 large, comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-appointed and updated. The home was clean and well-laid out. The hot tub, porch (with rocking chairs), and creekside fire pit were nice bonuses. The location was great, walkable to the east end of downtown. Access to the park was good, despite the downtown traffic. Communication with the property manager was very good, although we had no problems that required their attention. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for. We had a wonderful time!

The cabin was very nice the beds are super comfortable the large tub with the jets in our room was great.The management was very helpful when I needed something. We will be back next year if possible. Thanks

Our stay was awesome. Of all the places I’ve stayed at this was by far my favorite. The location is perfect and is very nice inside! I will be booking this place next time we are in Gatlinburg.

Perfect for two couples

An awesome cottage located in great proximity to all areas we wanted to explore. Enjoyed the spa & sitting area by small creek in back...very relaxing. Very clean & comfortable with 2 complete bathrooms & king beds- perfect for our family. Will book here again. Wilbbooking

It was a great place to stay, very quiet and we experience bears coming around, it was a surreal experience: the cottage was really comfortable, no complaints

The place was very nice. We had a couple issues but were addressed right away. The only thing I would have changed, the houses are really close. But overall it was a nice getaway.

Communication prior to check-in, as well as during our stay, was exceptional. The property was very clean and was perfect for our needs. It was very conveniently located and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice confortable property. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Away from the craziness of downtown without being remote. Easy check-in and check-out process.

Downtown Dolly was perfect for our family of 5 - 2 adults, 3 kids (ages 10-15). It is close enough to walk down to Gatlinburg(10min walk there, all uphill on way back so check out the free trolley schedule too) and a close drive to the Great Smoky National Park entrance. The GS NP exit via Roaring Fork Motor Road is actually a few blocks from the house! Although right off the main road, it is still tucked away and quiet. It's very clean and appliances/supplies were exactly as described. Hot tub and patio/firepit are a nice relaxing bonus especially after hikes. Communication via the RedDoor links was super easy.

My husband and I stayed here for a week to celebrate our 10 year anniversary while visiting Gatlinburg. It was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean and felt nice. Check in process was very simple as was check out. It’s close to downtown but still far enough to feel like you’re away from all the hustle and bustle. We would absolutely love to stay here when we decide to visit the area again.
