Downtown, close to everything, family friendly, newly renovated.

We were in South Haven on a girls’ trip and had a great time. The house was just right; good location and very quiet neighborhood.

Awesome location for a family of 4 with two small children. Very close to downtown, an awesome children’s playground, and the beach. House was much bigger than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Stairs were a little tricky with our curious toddler but we made it work. Host was very responsive the morning of check out when we had a little hiccup. Would definitely stay again!

The cute house was very clean. The bunkbeds are sized for children so very uncomfortable for adults.The hot water didn't work in one of the showers and no one replied when we told them. The two porches were very enjoyable.

Super cute little house. Felt very cottage-y. Loved the three seasons room. Great location as well. Easy to beach or town. We rented a golf cart which was fun and helpful.

Clean property. Easy walk to beach and playground. Kitchen layout was awkward, but nothing we couldn’t deal with for a week. Enjoyed our stay in South Haven.

The place was very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. It was a very short distance to everything in South Haven. My family can't wait for another vacation.

Great property, close to everything, excellent stay.

The location is great. Within walking distance to the beach/kids corner and downtown. The home was as described. As another reviewer noted, the bunk room has a high window that lets in evening light keeping the room very bright until dusk, something to be aware of if you have young children. Otherwise the place is great, all kitchen items we would need and plenty of seating and rooms and space for our family.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

We picked this because we saw online that this place had some kid friendly features and it did. From the bunkers, kid toys and games, kid silverware and cups and even a high chair. Definitely would recommend for someone with little kids. The negative thing is the grill didn’t have propane but I messaged the owner and they brought some.

Good location, quiet neighborhood, grateful to have lawn chairs, working gas BBQ grill, comfortable inside/outside porch. Walkable to beach. I would rent again. Comfortable for a family of 5.

Overall, the property is very good. The storm door had issues with sticking closed and very hard to open. There is a bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. The child’s bedroom was very warm last night. The house was very clean. Parking was very easy. It is walkable to the lake and downtown South Haven. Overall very good.

We had a great time over the long weekend. The weather was cool, so we made a fire in the fire pit and spent a lot of time on the sun porch. Very comfortable stay. Thank you!

The house was nice and clean. Wish the check in was earlier than 4:00. At first we could not find the code to check in and I contacted the host and she never got back to me. But overall our stay was great.

The premises were comfortable. Everything worked and if there were any problems the owners took care of it immediately. The only suggestion we could make was more baskets in downstairs bathroom and bedrooms and more hangers in downstairs bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and the facility was close to downtown and the beaches. Thank you for providing a comfortable place to stay. Cheryl

The home was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and bathrooms on both floors which was convenient. This was a short walk from downtown and in a nice, safe neighborhood.

Overall, we had a great time. One thing could be improved, thought. The children's room (with bunk beds) has a super-high window with no covering on it, meaning it was bright in there till after sunset. Our kids go to bed by 8, so that was an urgent problem for us. Another less-than-ideal issue was the distance to beach and downtown was a bit farther than the listing suggested. Little kids could never make it to the beach on foot. Finally, the neighborhood was fine, but not attractive. This may not matter to anyone. Otherwise the listing earned its overall 5-star rating.

Stayed here with my family and it was exactly what we needed. Nice close drive to the beach and downtown South Haven areas.

We loved that so much was accessible by foot. The house was nicely kept and had everything we needed to make our vacation wonderful! Would stay again.
