Downtown Cedar City House < 1/2 Mi to SUU Campus!

A cute little house close to everywhere we wanted to go. Seems much bigger on the inside than the outside! You can tell the house is old, but everything has been updated. The rooms were all pleasantly decorated and comfortable, and the laundry room was convenient. Something kept beeping occasionally in the kitchen and we couldn't tell where it was, but it was more a curiosity than an annoyance. Will probably stay here again if needed.

Here’s a warm, well balanced review that fits a historic home and a two-night stay:We stayed two nights and really enjoyed this historic home. The layout was thoughtfully designed, making great use of every corner for storage and functionality. Everything we needed was provided, and the separate coffee station was a nice bonus. The space worked well for our group, with room for parents and four rowdy teenagers to spread out comfortably. The house felt cozy and comfortable, and the location was perfect with close proximity to SUU and the surrounding area. A great place to stay.

Our family was very comfortable. Walking distance to all the Main Street shops.

Great location, especially for Southern Utah University and the Shakespeare Festival. Traffic noise during the day was problematic, but it calmed down at night.

Great place for our family. Stayed here muliple years, never had any issues with the check-in or check-out process! Owner was flexible with the check-in time the first few years when we had a a little that needed a nap at a certain time. Very convenient location to the Shakespearian Festival and all the restaurants! Can't wait to stay again next year!

Very nicely updated and close to everything in Cedar City. There is plenty of room for a large group and if it weren't for the traffic noise it would rate a '5'.

This is a fantastic property, close to suu, clean, bigger than it looks. The manager was responsive to texts. House was clean with plenty of beds

We loved our stay. There was lots of great spaces for the kids to enjoy. We loved how close it was to the theater too. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was enough room for all 8 adults to stay comfortably . Beds were clean and comfortable. The backyard was set up with fire pit and outdoor seating. The living room was smaller than anticipated but adequate. The stairs to upstairs bedrooms and downstairs family room were steep but had good handrails. Overall, it was very good experience.

Location was great

This place is great! It fits our family perfectly (6 adults, 2 little kids). There are few books, toys and games for the kids. There is also a pack-n-play which we used. The 2 TVs are in common spaces so others could stay up later to watch and not disturb the other people sleeping. Cant wait to come again!

We stayed here for Shakespeare Festival and it worked well for our group.
