Amazing! Owners communicate extremely well and they have thought of every detail in the house. It’s beautiful and has everything you need. Walking distance to the Square and the beautiful Crystal Bridges museum.

I love art, books and plants. All were there. I would love to stay longer to look at each book. It was a wonderful property

The property exceeded all of our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, immaculate and comfortable. There were special treats left for us and all the items needed for a stay away from home.

Debbie goes above and beyond to make your stay the greatest! We loved the location and walked to restaurants for dinner and rode to trailheads nearby. There was plenty of room in the house to sprawl out and we were allowed to use the garage to store our bikes. We felt very welcomed and taken care of!

Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and phone cords everywhere, best decorated house with live plants , art and books everywhere. Very walkable to downtown Bentonville area.

Only thing I couldn’t find was foil! They had everything else and I probably overlooked foil. We have stayed at other new places in Bentonville and they were so cheap it made us sure we would never stay there again. This place was perfect!

Wow!! This is the most fabulous home away from home!!! The host was so beyond the top on helpful hints and so very available for every single question!! The home is loaded with beautiful art and live plants everywhere you look!! And absolutely everything you would ever need that you forgot!! Soooo highly recommend this beautiful home in downtown Bentonville. The best possible of all in all ways!!!! Can't wait to come back!!

Would love to give a 10 star review. This is a wonderful house with all the amenities you need and convenient to downtown and other attractions. The host was so responsive and welcoming. She provided great information and recommendations for our stay. Definitely recommend!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has every amenity you could imagine except no Keurig. (It has a Nespresso though). Very comfortable and cozy. House is located so close to everything. You could easily walk to many venues. Host was very responsive and helpful when a TV in the bedroom was not working. Host bought a new one immediately and solved the issue. Every question we had, the host quickly responded in a very upbeat and pleasant manner. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Our stay was a memorable and pleasant experience.

We thought we were staying at the Ritz or the 4 seasons. The property had everything you could possibly want!

Three women friends and I recently stayed for four nights at the glorious Downtown Casa Kincannon. In short, this VRBO is exquisite! We arrived in the early evening and, the moment we walked in the door, we were captivated and embraced by the uniquely splendid artistry evident in every room. The lighting had been set to welcome us with a soft and soothing glow. We were awestruck. Although sophisticated and aesthetically inspiring, the décor is also completely comfortable and livable. All of our needs (and more) were beautifully anticipated and met. We each had our own distinctive bedroom which harmonized with our individual preferences. As for the location, not only is Casa Kincannon nestled in an ideal neighborhood with its lovely gardens and distinguished architecture, but also the house is within easy walking distance of restaurants, retail, cultural sites, and the festive Saturday farmer’s market. Debbie, the host, could not have been more responsive and gracious, offering to provide whatever guidance might be helpful to enhance our experience of the house and community. Thank you, Debbie, for treating your guests as you would wish to be treated and for exceeding our expectations. If returning to Bentonville, we would most certainly opt for Casa Kincannon again.

Impressive neighborhood, safe, clean, upscale, walking distance to downtown, Crystal Bridges is a must see. Highly recommended.

The number of thoughtful amenities the host includes in this home is truly amazing. From a variety of kitchen appliances to multiple coffee makers, shopping bags, to-go cups, umbrellas, we were in awe over the items provided for guest use. If you forgot to pack something, you'll probably find it in one of the cabinets or drawers. Plenty of utensils and cookware for preparing meals plus enough seating to accomodate a large group. This home offers ample space for everyone to spread out. The location is an easy walk to downtown where we enjoyed Saturday's farmer's market, breakfast pastries, dinner, and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet - we even heard an owl in the evenings. It appears this area is booming with new development and if you admire diversity in home deisgn and architecture, walk the blocks surrounding this home. You're in for a treat.

Everything was exactly as described, and the house was wonderful. Host was super responsive and incredibly nice She even helped us with tickets to the museum! Every detail was taken care of, including a spare toothbrush since my 12 year-old son forgot his. Really 100% attention to detail.Thank you!

This is a terrific property in a great location. Beds, bedding, furnishings, bathrooms, appliances and kitchen were all top notch. Our host was also excellent with check-in and ongoing communication when we needed it.It rained buckets during our entire stay, so we weren't able to take advantage of the very nice outside areas. We would definitely like to return and further explore Bentonville when the weather is nicer. In spite of the rain we had a nice stay

This home met and exceeded all expectations! The host thought of every detail. It was truly a well appointed home not just a house to stay in. We were so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. Restaurant recs were detailed-both close by and as far away as Eureka Springs. I would have given many more than 5 s if that had been an option!!!

This house is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need including a great location to walk to restaurants or Farmer’s Market on the square. This is definitely one of the top VRBO’s we’ve stayed in and would highly recommend!
