Our 1 of 4 townhomes we own in Carson City is less than 30 minutes from Lake Tahoe. Carson City provides various outdoor opportunities including golfing, hiking, and biking trails. You can experience our State Capitol in many ways! Our cozy, spacious townhome is perfect for large families and is definitely a GEM in CARSON CITY. Choose from any of the 3 bedrooms available and stay indefinitely in your favorite city! We can ensure we deliver pre-negotiated rates specifically for travel needs.<br>

Before I send you your self-check-in instructions I require:

* We will be using a third-party service called ‘Truvi’ to assist in verifying additional identification and purchasing of travel insurance (non-refundable)

* Submit pet deposit and signed waiver - if applicable.

* You will be given a security passcode 24-48 hours before arrival.

* Your best phone number and the phone number of one of your friends who’s gonna be staying with you (in case I can’t reach you)

* Please tell me the exact amount of people (including guests and visitors) who are gonna be at the property at the same time. If you would like to add any additional guests after the booking is confirmed there will be a $75 fee/person.

* We can try and accommodate early check-in and late check-out under certain circumstances. If confirmed, a $50 fee will apply.

PETS:
Please read carefully before considering bringing your pet to our property. We love accommodating furry friends, but approval isn't guaranteed.

- We can only accept pets under 20 lbs
- A $250 pet deposit is required. Please note that $120 of this amount will be used for additional cleaning and deducted from the deposit
- Unregistered pets will incur a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee
- If waiver is violated, we will charge you accordingly to any damages or cleaning expense
- Service animals are welcomed, but you are still required to submit a deposit

THE DRIVE:
It’s about a 30-minute drive from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and about a 20-minute drive to Downtown Reno.

AMENITIES:
We provide laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, water filter, paper towels & trash can liners. THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as extra towels/blankets/pillows/soap/shampoo/coffee/salt/pepper/cooking spray/water bottles etc.

ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

PARKING:
There is a plenty of parking space! We also have 2 car max garage available upon availability.

THE LOCATION:
Our home is located in a quiet suburbs in Carson City, NV. It's about a 10 minute drive to the local town centre. Needing a break from work Check out Lake Tahoe which is only an 30 min drive!

INTERNET:
The house has reliable Internet. It works well for streaming Netflix on the television, multiple phones connected using social media, downloading files, and email.

You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Garden, spacious backyard, fully fenced, lounge chairs, available for you to enjoy!

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:
Bring your own mountain gear and enjoy our beautiful mountains (rain or shine!)

BEDS:
Our cozy 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath townhome will be equipped with queen/king size beds, furnitures for your belongings, and a spacious closet.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils.

SECURITY:
A Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property.

We will also be requesting additional identification through a third party ‘Truvi’/security deposit/background check/travel insurance (non refundable) before confirming your reservation.

SMOKING:
Any evidence or odor of smoke inside the house will incur a $500 penalty. You must smoke at least 15 to 25 feet from our property entrances.

DRUGS:
While recreational marijuana use is legal in the state of Nevada, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any drug use on our property, including marijuana. This includes smoking, vaping, edibles, or any form of consumption—indoors or outdoors.

Our goal is to maintain a clean, safe, and allergy-free environment for all guests. Any evidence of drug use (including odor, residue, paraphernalia, or ashes) will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund and may incur an additional cleaning or damage fee.

We are always available through our company phone (775-GOBONVO) and also have property managers available on site.

    All in all a nice place. Upstairs air conditioner did not work. Reason for 2 stars was the property owner. They ask for a background check and selfie with ID just to get the key code. One day ahead they asked for my cell phone and email so they can contact me while I’m there. I don’t find any of this necessary. Felt to me throughout the whole process from booking and then through the stay like I was being micro managed and they were over involved. I stayed for a fitness event at Spooner Lake but if I had known better I would have just stayed at the Holiday Inn Express up the road.

    Horrible experience. In short, there were problems galore from the beginning. Smart door did not accept code, despite the management opening/rebooting remotely. After getting a new code, the door would sporadically not function. Human hair everywhere, bath mats filthy, balls of hair on carpet and in bathroom. Ants here and there. dried food on stove. Garage opener not functioning, and needed to be used manually. Bathroom surfaces, mirrors, soap dispensers not cleaned. Provided dishes were ALL dirty with dried on particles, dried streaked dark fluids, film and spots on cutlery (we washed everything right away). Pointed metal screws just sitting on carpeted surfaces (yes, I stepped on one barefoot since host does not allow shoes on the carpet). Used dirty Q-tips from previous guests left in garbage can with used tissue. Used dental floss on bathroom floor. A pill of some sort left on a nightstand. Used disposable contact lens cases on the nightstand of another bedroom. More disposable contact lenses in their cases found on the floor of a bathroom. A random belt sticking out from under the living room futon. Living room entertainment center missing a door. Stove missing a burner cap, preventing it from proper functioning. Upstairs HVAC not working properly, or program locked, making the upstairs uncomfortably warm. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Some towels questionable looking as though they had been used before our arrival. There are other issues, but you get the point. ALL issues, complete with videos and photos brought to management's attention. Their response was to ask for more photos and to say they would speak to their cleaning service. It took several messages before a rep finally offered any kind of apology. NO resolution of any kind was ever offered. Never offered to send out a cleaning crew. Never offered to send out maintenance to address the front door, garage door, or HVAC issues. In repeated communication with the management, they never offered ANYTHING; no refund, no attempt to fix the issue, barely an acknowledgement that there were issues. When I asked how they were going to try and resolve my concerns, they told me to file a formal dispute with VRBO. Wow......... This property had a LOT of potential, but this management company could not possibly care less about your experience. AVOID!!!

    This cozy home is the perfect getaway stay. It was sparkling clean and the host provided more than needed. It was especially convenient that a grocery store was across the street, so we had a lot of impromtu dessert nights! Great memories were made here with our group of friends, the fondest ones were made right in the kitchen.
