Our home is located in a lived-in residential neighborhood. While it is generally peaceful, you may occasionally hear normal neighborhood sounds such as nearby pets, traffic, or lawn care.

    The property had some updates, but does need some more. Parking space is in an alley behind a series of other dwellings. Golfers on the golf course could Literally have a conversation with us in the driveway. No dishwasher, which means Community-use dishes never really get a hot cleansing wash. The size was perfect for two guests. The kitchen is small and the table stools available are cramped. But it worked ok for a few days’ stay. Sufficient pots and pans, silverware, glassware, and dishes. Very large television and sectional couch in the living room. Washer and dryer were convenient to have. Everything in the property works well. Late arrival and access worked easily. The bath towel count was sufficient, but there was only one washcloth.

    This place was super cute, comfortable, and had very nice decor. The kitchen was small, and mentioned a dishwasher, but there wasn’t a dishwasher. It was great that it was pet friendly as we brought our sweet dog with us, and she was comfortable too. Huge bonus because we hate to travel without our dog. We really enjoyed the bathroom bluetooth fan with music, super fun addition. The swinging bench outside had a few spiderwebs, so we didn’t sit down much outside. When reading through the welcome flyer, it mentioned a bucket and shovel available to pick up after our pet, but we couldn’t find that, so I used some of the grocery bags that I had when I purchased items at the store. The only reason I gave it a four out of five stars on communication was because I got our welcome text message once I booked the stay, and responded to that message that the digital guidebook said it was inactive, and I never got a response in return.

    Very nice place to stay for two retired teachers coming to visit their alma mater, the College of Idaho. The little house was well furnished, the bed was wonderful, the host was very responsive.

    We came over from Oregon and got delayed on our trip and didn't get in till late. Our kids were supposed to stay with family but because of our late arrival they needed to stay with us for the evening and the hosts were so accomodating. This trip has been the most eventful vacation I have ever had. We had to add several extra nights and ended up doing them one reservation at a time because our car decided it needed an overheating problem! They were so accommodating and so attentive to all of my messaging. Will definitely be booking with them in the future. Its great when youre here visiting family and you dont have to worry about a hotel and the cons that come along with them. Couch was comfortable. Bed was firm but I appreciate that. Plus they had a pack n play and an air mattress if your stay required them. 10/10 definitely recommend ?

    We were in Caldwell to celebrate friends 50th Wedding Anniversary. We were gone most of the time, were there in this little house morning and late at night. We didn't cook there, and brought our own coffee maker, so we can't speak to the kitchen. The bathroom was just what we needed and the bedroom was so comfy, and the house is darling. Will stay there again if the need arises!
