The kitchen is open to move around, cook.Great location. Bedrooms very nice with 3 bathrooms.We enjoyed the patio & firepit.We would stay again, enjoyed Bentonville, Arkansas has to offer, alot! We had more to see an do!

Great location. A few minutes drive to Bentonville and few minutes walk to bike trails and soft fitness track. Comfy beds and convenient bath areas. Stayed with 2 teens, parents, Grandma.

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood with comfortable furnishings. Television in front room could be larger as it appeared to be a 50 to 55 inch but with such a large living room and the couches so far away, would have been nice if it were a 65 inch TV. The dishwasher wasn’t functional when we arrived but the property owners were courteous and helpful. We will definitely book again with a future trip as the pricing was competitive and the home was a great value.

Perfect place for us . Dishwasher could not be used because of a bad door gasket but owner notified. Picnic table seat needs replaced. Great location!

Overall great communication from the property manager and clean property. Great location. Maintenance issues we encountered:1. Dead animal smell near the back entryway especially when the washer and dryer are run. 2. Disconnected kitchen drain pipe that leaked3. Kitchen sink itself not properly sealed to the kitchen counter 4. Broken back door screen5. Broken dishwasher that made it hard to put the rack in and out

In town for a BD celebration. The house is close to everything! It was nice to have a king bed in 3 of the bedrooms. The house was built ell stocked. The only thing we noticed was bad smell coming from the garbage disposal and laundry room. Notified the rental company and they were going to check it out. Other than that was perfect!

Great location for those coming to ride the Bentonville trails! Easy ride to a trail to access Slaughter Pen. Coler is easily accessible via sidewalks and bike lanes on the roadway. Bella Vista is a 12-15 minute drive if have a vehicle. The location was stocked with k-cups, laundry detergent and an outdoor storage shed for bikes. All the rooms were great with comfortable beds and smart TVs. Will definitely stay here again!

A group of friends stayed here together to ride Bentonville trails. The house is perfectly located a short riding distance from Slaughter Pen and Coler, with Mojo bike rentals and retail shop in between. Also close to supermarkets. Even has a locking bike shed in the back. Inside everything is new and very well designed, with multiple bathrooms, comfortable beds and furniture. Host is super responsive and easygoing. We loved this place. Will rent again!

House is cute & cozy! You are minutes from so many things. Crystal Bridges museum, trails, downtown area! Perfect spot. Quiet area.

We absolutely loved this property!

Check in went smoothly - house was as advertised - a few little glitches - dead batteries in LR TV remote - seal on freezer shot and ice maker not working - nothing earth shattering. Overall we enjoyed our stay - loved the living room gathering space where we spent time together yet had individual bedrooms for all of us.

3 of us came to NWA for work. We stayed at the house for 2 nights, everything was clean and comfortable!

House was clean, cabinet draws stuck, kitchen faucet loose, furniture not very comfortable, not enough eating seating, bbq nasty, three large garbage cans on drive over full teaming with maggots and property was over run with flies, couldn’t spend much time outside the flies were getting in .

My family enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and we felt very comfortable. The host was responsive when we had an issue. I would definitely recommend this house!

My husband and our two toddlers, joined my parents, nephew, and my mothers best friend all together in this clean little house for a week. It was perfectly located between my grandmother’s house (whom we were celebrating her 95th bday) and the gorgeous downtown Bentonville. Tons of activities for all of us to enjoy! From the Amazeum, to Creekside splash pad, to the most gorgeous picnics enjoyed in Sugar Creek. We had such a blast! And the house was the perfect place to relax after long days of fun!

We brought our family down to Bentonville for a nice weekend getaway. They managed to squeeze four bedrooms and three baths into this house and still somehow make it feel very spacious. And we managed to squeeze all five of us into the master bedroom closet as a tornado passed through town and took down trees all around us. Our car was (likely) totaled, as was the grill and some of the patio furniture. But the house, and thank fully us, remained intact. 10/10 would recommend. Stay safe out there.
