This new townhome was freshly built in 2022 designed to bring you a modern feel on the outside, yet keep that comfortable feeling while inside the home. This unique place brings you comfy mattresses, toys and games, new everything (built in 2022) including new appliances, and even your own private rooftop deck. You have views of the city, water and mountains from the deck and even some great mountain views from the primary bedroom. The home also gets amazing natural light.

This townhome is fully stocked to be able to cook what you want when you want! When you are all done cooking or relaxing, make your way up to the rooftop deck where you will be able to enjoy the cool breeze and floating chair. This place was ultimately designed to become your favorite vacation home while also encouraging you to check out the town that surrounds the property. Ballard has so much history, restaurants, and exciting events to offer!

Location
This includes a central location excitingly close to many different points of interest. The home is located 12 minutes from Discovery Park, 4 minutes from the National Nordic Museum, and only 4 minutes from the Carl S. Botanical Garden! In addition, you are 8 minutes from the Woodland Park Zoo, 8 minutes to Seattle Pacific University, and less then 10 minutes to a plethora of grocery stores.

If you would like to explore some of the nearby waterfront restaurants and quite possible the best dining eating and shopping scene in the city (Ballard Ave) is walkable. You are less than 15 minutes from Lake Union, Elliot Bay, Shilshole Bay, Salmon Bay, and Green Lake! We are located approximately 17 miles from Seattle-Tacoma International airport. Being in a central location also means having the convenience of the many bus stops around town. The popular D Line and other convenient buses have the ability to take you from Ballard to Fremont, Climate Pledge Arena, Belltown, and even into downtown Seattle. Being in a central location also means having amazing restaurants nearby. Some winners are Besalu Bakery, Olaf’s, Copine, and Ballard Coffee Co!

Note: The garage is very small, so we recommend using street parking. Please be aware that street parking may be difficult to find on the same block during peak hours or if there is construction in the area. Additionally, there is no bathroom on the main floor of the home; guests will need to go to the second floor to access the bathroom. Please refer to the floor plan for more details.

AC: This home has AC on the top floor (primary bedroom) and the main floor (living/dining/kitchen). The two bedrooms on the middle floor do not have AC but we provide fans.
