We loved our stay at this very cool home. The location can't be beat! Hosts were responsive and helpful. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer, I would have loved to get proper use of those gorgeous kitchen applicances and spend more time on the dreamy front deck. We'll be back!

Great location!

Beautiful home in a great location! Views and walkability were fantastic. The house had everything we needed. We used it to stretch out and enjoyed all the amenities (grassy yard, laundry, wonderful kitchen, spacious living room) while my sister's family used it as a home base for AK adventures. Great and easy communication for everything.

This place is very unique. Location is amazing, beautiful views.

The house was great and highly recommend. In good shape, clean and comfortable, right on the edge of downtown so extremely convenient. Would gladly stay here again very happily.

This is a 1950’s quirky house. I loved the vibrant decor, one of the main reasons we picked it. Also, being a block from the costal trail was super convenient. I hope you never sell out to all the condo complexes that are sprouting up around you.

Home is in a perfect location for a stay in Anchorage. Arom was excellent at communicating and responding when needed during our stay.The home was clean, had plenty of room, and the kitchen had everything needed if you wanted to cook a meal. I would absolutely book this property again on a return trip to Anchorage without question. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying at this house and we LOVE it! The location to downtown is perfect for walking most places and the house itself has everything we need. It’s clean, well stocked and has comfortable seating. We would stay here again.

Very cute place. Quirky too. Communication with the management company was frustrating but nothing the actual property owner himself couldn’t fix.

The house definitely had some cool upgrades, like the staircase and the small deck with water views, the kitchen was nice too. The problem came with the bedrooms - each one had a negative for 3 adult couples. I don't think there's ever a place for a Full size bed in a VRBO property, this detail slipped by us and caused problems. The 'up primary' had Weck glass block IN FRONT OF THE SHOWER/TUB when backlit was visible to the den - a ridiculous design feature. The negative to the 'down primary' was lugging 2-week luggage down that beautiful staircase, then it was a bit musty once you got there.

Such a charming and warm home. Plenty of room for everyone and great communication with the host. Perfect location, within walking distance to downtown shopping and great restaurants as well as the Tony Knowles Coastal trail. Hoping to visit again, and if so, we would love to stay there again!

My family of four stayed here for two nights after our Alaska cruise. It was a great base to relax some and explore Anchorage before heading home.

We all loved this house. It’s an old house but well maintained with all the modern conveniences. Quirky little things throughout the house….an opening in one bedroom overlooking the beautiful spiral staircase, tissue and toothbrush holders installed in the wall in one bathroom. Very neat fireplace in the living room and a wood-burning fireplace in the downstairs bedroom (although we didn’t use it). The host was very accommodating when we asked if we could drop our bags prior to check in so we didn’t have to lug them around. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful house in great location. House itself is older but has been extensively renovated with a new kitchen and three new bathrooms. Bright and vibrant decor, nice view of the inlet. Very close to coastal trail and many other area attractions. Highly recommend!

We loved this house, it was roomy and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is amazing--it's downtown with a view of the water, near a park, walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay here!

It was fine no problems

We had an awesome time at this wonderful place. We took the coastal trail on rental e-bikes and saw a bear with 3 cubs, and a moose with a baby. We also enjoyed shopping and eating at many of the walkable places. You can't get a better location and the home was very nice and well equipped.

This property was walkable to restaurants, activities, and attractions. We just had coffee at the house and that was fully stocked. The property could use a few more bath towels and washcloths. The bathtub shower in the primary was dangerous, nothing to hold on to, plus the soap and shampoo was not accessible through the shower curtain.My husband and I were staying in that particular room and I had to use the other shower.

Fit our family of 5 perfectly. It was great to walk down to the trail or into downtown.
