This was a great place that hosted our family wonderfully! This property has 2 master bedroom suites with full bathrooms which was great! There is a large living space that flows to the kitchen where everyone can gather, with additional beds and bath upstairs. This property is clean and newly remodeled. The location can't be beat if you need to be close to downtown or the Convention Center!

The space was great! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, great location, and we had pretty much everything we needed.

Came for the Dodgers/Royals game. Was searching a few hotels, but that would have broke the budget for a few in our party. This place was awesome and affordable. Very clean, great amenities, and close to a lot of great bars/restaurants. The best part is the people in Missouri were amazing!!

Great house - great location - great host!

The house is excellent. It easily accommodated our family and it allowed us to have a great time visiting our daughter in Kansas City. The location was very convenient for us, as we had easy access to downtown and the freeways to get around the area. The arrangement of the house was sneakily nice. The description was accurate, and it was in fact laid out better than we expected. All of the bedrooms were separated, so there was good privacy afforded in each room. The one minor negative was that the freeway was so close, that occasionally a truck would roll by. But overall, a great, clean and convenient place for our family trip. I also want to commend Mike, our contact for the place, as he was extremely responsive in helping us with a miscommunication with getting into the place. He responded quickly and resolved the mixup immediately. He was also very responsive whenever we contacted him in advance of our stay.

My friends and I visited KC for a long weekend in late February. Mike was very flexible with our check-in and out timing. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The four of us were able to spend time together in the living room/kitchen or go off to our own space as needed. We just wish the weather was a little nicer to enjoy the front porch!

This property was very comfortable and cozy — great beds, updated everything inside in a lovely old house right in the middle of everything! It was so nice to be able to get anywhere quickly and back if we needed something from the house. Some amenities we rarely see in a VRBO (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Thanks for all the nice touches.

It could use railings for the stairs in the front and back entrances. Great location! Lots to do in downtown KC. Outstanding that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Would stay again in a heart beat!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had no problems but Mike was always in touch. The home was clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location for walking to the Crossroads district and the rest of KC. Would definitely stay again.

Inside was nice and clean. The description was accurate and location was convenient for getting around the city. The host was very responsive even with the power outage that occurred with an overnight storm.

Visit KC for Royals game and concert with two other couples. Location was great and the house is in a great location to visit downtown KC. Quick rides to West Bottoms, Plaza and the location is in the Crossroads area so it worked out perfect. Host was great and stayed in communication throughout the process. Great for a weekend getaway if you are visiting KC. House was set up great for couples plenty of space, kitchen, etc. we would definitely stay again.

The house was updated and very clean. The host was very responsive when we contacted him and we really appreciated that. Parking was easy and accessible. We really enjoyed our stay!

House is cozy and clean. A great place to stay close to downtown well within walking distance to the streetcar and Union Station. Close to freeway, but still quiet. Overall, a wonderful stay!
