Stayed Mar 7, 2026After I rented the property the host never followed up with check-in info or door codes. My wife and I came in from our of state and we’re stuck without a place too stays Vrbo customer service was unable to. I fact the host as well. Fortunately, Vrbo refunded our trip but we still had to find a last minute hotel.
