Downtown 1 Bedroom w/Hot Tub, A/C & Sleeps 4

Very comfortable bed and seating. Kitchen was well-stocked with keurig coffeemaker, tea kettle, pots and pans, flatware, basic seasonings. Linens and towels were clean and food quality. Minor downsides: Floor is uneven in places, so take care if you have mobility issues. Shower is very small (and I am petite), and its hot water faucet has no stop on it to tell you when it's actually off. This means it will drip unless you're very careful. There was also no bathroom sink stopper. There's a ceiling fan in the living room, but only box fans for the bedroom. AC isn't available, but this isn't a huge drawback given the climate. Just be aware that cooling the place means opening windows and running fans. The paint colors used were a little too intense for the space, and the green used in the bedroom and bathroom were not to my liking, but that's subjective. The paint job itself needed some touch ups though. The windows were functional, but a little hard to open and close, especially if you have issues with fine motor control, hand strength and hand flexibility. Overall, a good experience. Easy walk to downtown and Thorpe Park. Very quiet.

The apartment was very comfortable and met our needs, but was a bit worn. The negative comment is that the neighborhood and the surrounding properties were very old. (e.g. An old floor lamp was lying on the ground next to the sidewalk the entire time we were there.) The proximity to downtown was fantastic and easy to get around.

It was a little hard to find at first, but once we found the right spot it was very nice and cozy! the hot tub was very enjoyable and the cabin vibe was very nice.

Just passing through. Quick and easy check-in and out. Variety of restaurants, breweries and things to do. Comfortable bed. Would not hesitate to stay there again

This beautiful comfortable property was perfectly situated just four blocks away from Flagstaff downtown where all of the restaurants bars and shops were. It also made a great base to go on day trips to the Grand Canyon and the petrified forest national Park. Highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Flagstaff.

The home was not right for us. The furniture in pictures was nice t same in home. We did not even stay there and ended up getting hotel. We probably should have paid better attention before booking. We did let the host know our concerns.

Great place, they went out of their way to provide all the extras needed for a fun stay. Would definitely recommend, and i look forward to coming back again. Thanks!

Super cute place. Excellent location. Smack dab in front of a huge park with lots of bike trails. Comfy couch and bed. Everything worked! Heaters, fans, microwave, stove, oven. Hot water immediately! Jacuzzi upstairs very nice! Even had suggestions on things to do. Great place!

Price was nice, like someone else said you get what you’re paying for.

Excellent place! It was a little confusing how to get to my parking lot but customer service was very patient and helpful. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the hot tub. My only gripe is that I said there’s 3 of us, but only 2 towels were provided. Other than that, very smooth experience

In Flagstaff for conference and this location worked out great. Walking distance to many downtown locations.

It was just what we needed, parking was easy, the place was nice and clean, hot tub was enjoyable, grill was solid. Very nice neighborhood, right near a great park.

Although we would have liked this place to be a little cleaner (baseboards not fully clean, dark smudges around door handles, cobwebs on light fixtures), it was perfect for what we needed - a place to stay close to our son. It was funky cute inside. It was nice to have access to the hot tub, and although we knew it was going to be a shared space, it felt a little weird because the hot tub is on a deck that's attached to another rental, so we felt like we were invading their privacy a little. It would be great if you were renting multiple units with friends and were sharing the space with people you knew. The property management was great to work with and responded promptly to concerns we had. We would stay here again.

The property is in a great location and is close to food and drinks. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

Easy check in, clean and organized. My only complaint is that it was difficult to find. I circled the neighborhood several times and finally saw the number painted on the curb.

We wanted a place close to downtown but away from the noise. This property fit our needs. A couple of things as a heads up. The floor is uneven in spots and the shower is small. Not a huge impact for us, but a nice to know.

Home is a located in a cute neighborhood right near downtown. About a 10 min easy walk. Perfect location. Home was perfect for myself, my husband and our almost 3 year old. Had everything we needed and it was nice to have a separate bedroom. Portable AC worked great. Shower is pretty tiny, but I read that in other reviews so I knew.. but it is VERY small. Bed was super comfortable. Lots of extra sheets and comforters. Would stay again!
