Perfect location near family in Rogersville. Quiet, clean and beautiful views. We stayed at the farmhouse during the 'cold snap' of Christmas week and the farmhouse was warm and cozy. Had a water issue related to the freeze which was promptly addressed by host. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely choose the farmhouse again.
We rented the home for a short break during a long road trip. My husband and I are musicians and will be performing for a family gathering in another state in a few days, so we wanted a place to practice where the noise wouldn’t bother anyone. It was rather warm, so we didn’t get to enjoy the patio as much as we’d have liked to, but in cooler months, it would be ideal for that. The property owner was proactive and responsive to questions and concerns we had. (The coffee maker went out on the last day we were staying. He offered to bring us a new one, but we were leaving early the next morning, so it wasn’t necessary.)
