Very clean, love the dock for boating, and enough bedrooms for the whole family. Beach amenities and towels were plentiful. Beautiful home and location!

Beautiful modern home. Super clean. Loved the grill and pool and outdoor area all under screened in roof. A ton of coolers, pool toys and amenities. Garage access was a plus. It’s an easy 20 min walk to the public beach access. Would love to say here again

Beautiful house with more amenities than even listed, including beach towels, beach/pool items for children, blowdryers. The fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill made cooking easy. Our family spend a lot of time by the outdoor patio and the pool was great for small children by having a large shallow ledge area where they could play while still being in the water. The beach entrance was 1 mile from the house, making it easy to walk or drive. Marco Escapes which manages the property was top notch, with excellent communication and super helpful. We would highly recommend staying here.

The property was beautiful! We especially enjoyed the patio just sitting at the pool and relaxing in the variety of comfortable areas with table/chairs. The house offers everything you need (a little trouble with the dishwasher; maintenance had to come and reset circuit) including very comfortable bedrooms with plenty of closet and drawer spaces. The entire house was perfect for our family (all adults). Great breakfast place (Doreen's) and pizza place (Joey's) were walking distance; highly recommend! Beach access is a bit more challenging. Beaches are not really walking distance and there is very little public parking on Marco Island at least if you want to spend time at the beach. We figured out the best way to the beach was to drive and drop off at public beach access point. Then drive back to the house and ride a bike back to the beach where you can lock the bike up on the path to the beach. Bikes provided were very fun and helpful!

We enjoyed the home especially the pool and hot tub. The house is located in a very nice area, walking distance to restaurants.

The house was perfect for our vacation. We were traveling with another couple and their 2 toddlers. The house is set up perfectly allowing privacy for both of us. The pool and lanai areas were a great situation and we spent all our time outside. We took a boat tour with Captain Koz and he pulled right up to the dock. So much easier than loading the toddlers into the car and driving. We had to make one call to Marco Escapes when we arrived and they were able to quickly answer our question and resolve our concern about the child alarms on the doors. The only downside would be the distance to the beach accesses. It was much too far to walk with our little ones. Overall, we would highly recommend this property.

House was great. Very elegant and well furnished. Public Beach access is a little far away. Rented a boat. Takes about 15-20 min to motor out of the no-wake zone from this location.
