Double Paradise Right on the Most Beautiful Beaches!

The space and location were as stated. However, the property needs a deep clean and many items need updating and repair.

Overall it wasn’t terrible. But however I noticed things were just patched. A lot of tape on walls/doors/showers. The ceiling lights look like they had sparks coming out of it. Miss Kay was extremely sweet! Super easy to do business with!

All rooms were clean and organized the beds were a little hard but they worked well. Other then that we had a great stay at the vacation house

Absolutely amazing deal. Definitely needs some updates but the price you pay for the luxury location that can fit 4 families is incredible. We had the best time and can not wait to come back!!

It was a wonderful place to stay with 18 of us. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Kay was wonderful and showed us everything that we needed to know about this place. Right on the beach great location.

This property is huge and can sleep a lot of people. Great for large families. Right on the beach. Some of the appliances/furnishings are dated, but it’s all clean and well equipped.Will stay again next year. Kay is a responsive and nice owner.

Already booked for next summer. Can’t beat the location.

We had a blast for the week we stayed in Ms. Kay’s house! She is so sweet and the place is exactly what we need every year! She books up quick so do not delay for a chance to stay steps from paradise.

We love this beautiful location, right on the beach with private access!! Community pool is right next to us. Kay is wonderful and responds quickly to any need you have! Plenty of room for our entire family

Double Paradise was a beautiful location for my son's beach wedding! The house was very roomy and clean with a large kitchen including two refridgerators was perfect for our 20 family/friends! Kay is wonderful, easy to communicate with and if there is any issues, she is walking distance and will come right over to address!

This was perfect for our large family . Wasn’t very updated but we didn’t need anything fancy.. we needed lots of room and this gave it to us . It’s listed as a 5 bedroom but the loft essentially is a 6th bedroom .. we already booked again for next summer .

My friends and I booked this place as a simple spring break getaway, and it was nice, good view, accommodating.

My group had a great time, the place is truly what the pictures show. Kay was great with communication. I will say the only reason why it wasn’t a five star was that Kay came to the place 4/5 days that we stayed. Personally never had that happen before so it was weird, I really wouldn’t have booked it if I would’ve known how many times we would’ve saw the host. Other than that this place is great!

The view is amazing!! Plenty of room to spread out, great access to beach and pool, and Kay is so kind. Two refrigerators and lots of bath towels which is key for large groups! Some cleanliness issues mostly from previous guests hiding trash behind nightstands - yuck! We’ll be back!

Great place on the beach. Our family has stayed here before. Its just as clean and nice as I remember it.

Kay the host was very friendly and anything we needed she made sure we had it. The location was perfect and the pool was nice. overall our family had a great week there.

This was our 5th trip to DP. Kay is wonderful to work with. House does need some work, but I know Kay is on it. We’ve already booked for next year.

Right on the beach. Great for big families

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. I loved that it was at the end of PCB and there was very little road and beach traffic. Over all I'm not a fan of PCB but the location made this trip fantastic. I thought by the pictures this place may have been a little dated but not at all! The house was very spacious and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom was hot according to my sister but overall very nice. Would 100% stay again.

Great location!! Owner is nearby, very kind, and responds quickly! Loved being right on the beach with our entire family!
