The house was perfect for our family of 11! The kitchens were well equipped for overall and the management company was very responsive when questions arose. Beds comfortable and bathrooms well stocked with all bathing needs. Thank you!

This home was perfect for our party of 10, including small children. Clean and well cared for. One drawback, we could not regulate the air conditioning downstairs so it was always cold down there. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We stayed for a gymnastics competition for a week and this was the perfect place we needed. We all slept comfortably and were able to fully relax. The fully stocked kitchen let us enjoy a variety of meals. The basketball hoop in the driveway and the multiple TVs gave us all things to do between competitions. It was close to everything, including the breathtaking mountains. Next time we are back in Utah we will stay again! Thank you!

Excellent stay for a group ski trip

Spacious and clean house, with coracle beds. Close to all the ski areas.

This place was great for the 9 of us to stay for our family Xmas vacation. The owners were very thoughtful with having a Xmas tree and lights in the house which the kids loved. Was very tidy as great size for all of us. Highly recommend for small to large groups.

I was visiting UT for my Mom’s funeral. I asked for check in instructions and the response was “check in instructions were emailed to you twice” Look in your junk maiI. I did check my junk folder, but what he failed to mention and should be on the listing is that the email is from iTrips and not VRBO. When we arrived we had to wait an additional 15mins for the cleaners to finish up. Our check in was supposed to be at 4pm and that should have been enough time. After driving 13hrs it was a little annoying to have to wait and feel awkward standing outside waiting. The house smelt like cat urine especially the bathroom upstairs. Upon checking out I followed the check out instructions located in the folder in the house. The owner messaged me why I locked the bottom lock as it was an inconvenience for him having to drive an hour to unlock it for the cleaner and appeared to be very annoyed by us. I responded letting him know there were no instructions in the binder that stated not to lock the bottom lock. He said the information was sent to my email. These issues just added to an already stressful trip.

Great house. Everything as described. Thoroughly enjoyed. Did not need anything during stay so no communication needed other than check in and out procedures and that was smooth.

Crew that stayed at the house loved it!

We had 10 people in the house, ages ranging from 1-60 and it was very accommodating and comfortable for everyone. Very clean and loved the entire experience. Very close to restaurants, malls, other entertainment. Would absolutely stay here again. Only thing is bring extra blankets if you have a guest that needs them as there are not extra blankets.

It was clean, pleasant atmosphere, plenty of accomodating space for 6 couples and comfortable beds.

The stay was great. The house was easy to find. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Easy for the family to come see us. There was 11 of use and there was room for us all. Big backyard for the kids to play. It was like being a home. We had great time

Salt Lake City is a beautiful city! The homes in the area are well trimmed and kept up, with neighbors outside playing and enjoying community. This rental house was clean, well equipped, and everything worked properly. The host did have to come change out the battery in the front door lock For it to work properly, but that was taken care of quickly
